The owner flat out lied to us and said it's cheaper to get 3 lines instead of 2 so we opted to get 3 lines even though we only needed 2 lines. For 3 lines the monthly charge per phone IS cheaper than the charge for 2 lines but thats IF you need 3 lines. My first bill for that 1 line by itself was $115. 2. She added the Protect Advantage insurance ($17/month/line=$51) to all 3 lines which we didn't ask for. 3. She added the Nextup service ($6/month/line=$18) to all 3 lines which we didn't ask for. 4. She did not waive the activation fee ($35/phone) since I am an AT&T employee and, yes, I did notify her of that fact. 5. At one point (when she was talking is into getting the 3rd line) interrupted me and VERY rudely said to me, "You're not listening to me." The young lady that helped us, which I believe is the owners daughter, was very nice and helpful. However in general, the store will lie to you and scam you. They are only worried about you money.
