Had exchanged 2 cell phones and had got a good deal from Mike the owner, went again to exchange my ipad and got a terrible service and rude behavior by Mike. They sold me a ipad with a cover as part of the deal, the cover was really dirty and used by a smoker. Was not willing to exchange it with equivalent/lesser value and was asking more money for it. Really unhappy with the way they treat a 3rd time return customer who has referred them so many new customers. read more

Finally! Someone who will give you a fair price for your trade in! My wife needed a new IPhone 6+ for her new job with Lyft (Great Service!) Every other place we checked out only wanted to give us $0-$50 for her IPhone 5 trade in. Mike really gave us an excellent price for the trade in and a very good price for the new 6+ to boot. I was messaging them on Facebook marketplace about a phone and during our conversation they increased the price by $30. They did not say this to me but rather just changed the price of the listing as if I wouldn't notice.Not a great way to do business. I said no thanks and moved on. read more

I bought a new iPhone from this place only for it I have a red spot on the display. After taking the phone back they charged me $45 to replace the screen as t had a few minion scratches on the display. They then proceeded to claim it was almost cracked however this was not the case. I sold them an iPhone 6s Plus and they deducted $45 from the amount they gave me to pay to replace the screen. After leaving the store I noticed that the colors on y screen where not as vibrant they are very dull. I don't not recommend you go here. Find a better place because this place is not it read more

Been dealing with mike since before it was even a cell phone store, back when it was just gold and silver. I would never say anything bad about mike, he has treated me with nothing but respect for almost a decade now. The issue that i have had with this store in the last year or so now, is with the girl, savannah, that he has running daily operations sometimes. She is a cancer to this store and i am sad to see this store decline like this. Her customer service is subpar. its almost like youre going into battle with her every time you speak with her. Always on the defensive no matter what and will be the first to call you a liar no matter what the situation is. Mike used to treat customers as family, i used to actually go there and would be willing to pay a little more for something i could get cheaper elsewhere; just because i enjoyed dealing with Mike. She treats customers like they're the enemy and has no business dealing with customers, as she has no clue how to do so politely. She is a con-artist and untrustworthy, and will run this store into the ground if he lets her. I would hate to see this happen. read more
