I came in for a simple screen repair, and before they touched it, everything worked perfectly--Face ID, Apple Pay, MagSafe, my data, EVERYTHING. After their so-called "fix," my phone was completely unusable. These people are clueless, incompetent, and straight-up scammers. The technician messed up my wiring and the antenna (which, despite his complete ignorance, DOES EXIST). He had the nerve to argue with me and claim that the screen has nothing to do with Face ID, which is an outright LIE. Either they don't know what they're doing, or they just don't care that they're ruining people's phones. I took my phone straight to Apple, and after running a full diagnostic, they confirmed that these amateurs completely destroyed multiple key components, including: * Apple Pay module - BROKEN. No longer detected. * Ambient Light Sensor - BROKEN. No longer detected. * MagSafe module - BROKEN. No longer detected. * Baseband module - BROKEN. No longer detected. (Meaning my phone was no longer a phone--it was a useless brick.) At this point, my device was completely dead, just an expensive piece of trash. And here's the worst part: Apple themselves told me to NEVER get a screen repair from a third party, ESPECIALLY THIS PLACE, because they RUINED my phone beyond repair. To make things even worse, the manager and employee were beyond unprofessional--rude, dismissive, and straight-up lying to my face. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they kept denying responsibility even though my phone was perfectly fine before they got their hands on it. No refund, no apology, nothing. And let's talk about their fake reviews on Google. The only reason this place has decent ratings on Google is because most of the reviews are completely fake--probably written by the scammers who run this place. DO NOT BE FOOLED. It was very unfortunate for my wife and I to take our son's iPad for repair at Fixtronics. The sales person said that it would take 1-2 days, but by the second day they didn't even start fixing the iPad. The sales person just said, "if you don't want to wait, just come and pick it up." The repair guy said "there's nothing wrong with the battery". I'll just charge you for the diagnostic" It's normally $50, but I give you 50% off, $25" There is something wrong with the battery, as the iPad charges the battery it bulges. We took the iPad back and paid the $25. I didn't trust them to do anything else. The first red flag that I missed in reading the reviews is all the 1 star and 5 star rating. Meaning I suspect that the 5 stars were added to balance out the 1 star ratings. Second red flag, the cut and paste message saying "under new management". No thought to the issue the customer face, just a blanket statement. My experience wasn't good and similar to the 1 star rating in terms on customer support and technical skill. In the future I'll read the yelp reviews more carefully and pick a place with better rating. read more

My friend paid 138$ for them then when i told him that they were fake, he tried to return them but they didn't accept returns or refunds. Front desk guy (nice & professional) quoted me a good prices and said 2 days for completion. However, 20mins after I left the owner called and claim his employee made a mistake. The owner quoted a higher price which I agreed based good yelp review. A day later the owner told me more work was needed which I approved again based their recommendation and on keeping same repire time. On third day owner called me in the morning stating my laptop will be ready by 5 pm. Drove there just to find that my Messages and MacBook Pro were still not syncing. I asked for a discount since not all services were done based on what was agreed - issues still not fixed. Employee name Aman was thoughtful and offer to check it.. then the owner showed up, started screaming at me, claiming everything was working.. I argued with him that full payment was not a problem as long as full services were rendered. I even left my phone with them for another 30mins so they can try to fix the problem, but no success. At the end I paid full quoted price since the owner held my computer hostage. I took my cell phone in last Thursday evening to get the charge port repaired so they would have a full day Friday to make the repairs. They advertise one day repair. I called late Friday to see if it was ready and got voice mail and left a message to call me. As it was almost 8 o'clock and no one had called, I called again and again got a recording. I left a second message. On Saturday I called again and finally talked with a woman who said thet were trying to find a part and would get back to me in an hour or less, Nothnig! No call back. I checked on line to see if parts were the problem and found several adds for "Samsung Note 5 Charge Port", even an add for Walmart. I called them and said I wanted my phone back so that zI could go somewhere else. They said my phone was "at the lab" which I learned was in Garland, miles away. I finally got my phone back just before six and told them I thought there customer service was terrible. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got home I discovered that had put a sticker on the back that was very difficult to remove and I SAW THET BACK OF MY PHONE HAD BEEN DAMAGED AND CRACKED. The owner was very friendly and insisted that I wait in store and he'll get it done which was shocking because the previous repair shops I've been to always made me come back, but not this place! It was done in about 20 minutes as well, which was very quick and convenient. It's the exceptional customer service I received by the owner. He's upfront about every charge and time it will take and even offered me a soda to drink while I was waiting (He even put on a Netflix for me to watch). He asked me how I was doing that day, what do I like to do, etc. It was little things like that made the difference; I was a person, not some guy with money. Took my laptop in for repair in October. After not hearing back from them for a few weeks, I called to check on the status and was told that they were still waiting to order new parts. I called every 2 weeks and they told me they still couldn't find the parts anywhere and that they were unable to repair my laptop. They had my laptop from October to the very end of December and I got it back in the exact condition that I gave it to them in and they did not even offer me a refund for the $76 I paid them at the beginning. I gave it to a different store and they fixed it in THREE days. As a college student, I heavily rely on my laptop and had to struggle for almost 3 months without it with the expectation that it would be fixed. I am very disappointed in this establishment because not only did they not fix my laptop, they made it seem like it was beyond repair and that I would need a new laptop. I took my iPhone to the Fixtronics at 1908 E Beltline Rd. in Carrollton on 9/26/16 for two things: to have it carrier unlocked seeing as I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and to have a cracked screen replaced. The associate I dealt with told me the unlocking fee would cost $40 and that it would take 24-48 hrs. to process. It is now 10/3/16 and my phone still has yet to be unlocked. I have contacted and returned to the store multiple times only to hear it is "still processing" or "they have not received notification on the status of the unlock". To make matters worse, the touch screen is now acting improperly by repeating letters multiple times while typing or just not responding to my touch at all. Decided to recycle my old phone and buy a new one. I would not recommend taking your phone to be repaired to this specific branch. read more
