I went to purchase another scooter with rubber wheels. The "warranty" covers most situations but a flat tire is not one of them. I had it barely a couple weeks and the back tire of the scooter kept losing air. I took it back for repairs and didn't hear back for months. I kept calling the associates for updates, which they could not provide any updates. They kept raising the repair price every time I called. I took it as a loss but DO NOT SHOP HERE. They give you an outdated paper receipt and without that, they will not help you if problems pop up. Heed this warning.
