They are terrible with time, terrible reaching back out to customers and providing updates. I brought my phone in, in June to get the screen fixed. The lady on the phone told me about a hour to hour and half for everything....It took them 4 hours because she had to wait for vendor to drop off the screen/parts. TELL YOUR CUSTOMER THAT. I missed out on so much during the day because of the lack of communication on their end. I even called after 2 hours and she told me about another hour just for it to be 2 more hours Not only that, The Lady on the phone told me $180 they tried to charge me 200 when I got there. And it was after market pricing. I paid the 180. WITH WARRANTY Not even 3 weeks later THERES A WHITE LINE GOING ACROSS MY SCREEN. Not physical damage or water damage. I bring it in July 3rd lady told me they had to take it to the vendor to get approval for the warranty okay cool fine. I leave my phone for an hour the lady said oh well we are still waiting for vendors response. And in the event they don't accept it, then I can talk to management and see if we can just charge for the part. Please come back Saturday we aren't open Friday (because 4th of July) and we should definitely have an answer for you...okay cool Saturday comes I give them a call rather than going down there. The same lady said oh management will be reaching out to you, I can give her your number. I said yes please. Sunday comes around I call back and a gentleman answered and said can you please come in Monday the technician that handled your phone isn't in today....... If you like low communication, low integrity and high pricing, this place is for you!!! Honestly I tried to be very polite nice respectful and let the technicians do their job. But completely keeping your customer in the dark about the work is completely unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the services they've provided......update July 12th I still have not heard anything from anyone. I will be calling as soon as they open today. If I could give -1 stars I would. Here I am on July29th with my phone still damaged and getting worse just by being in my pocket. Still haven't heard a word from anyone. I called down there again and Mary the technician who has been providing me with help was helpful and as thorough as she could be. I blame to lack of consideration on her management. Although Mary tried to lie to me and says she called me the week of 7-21-725 which is a lie she said she left a voicemail. It was also a lie. I am extremely disappointed in their services. I paid a lot of money to essentially have to pay 2-3 weeks later, 35 less than what I paid last time. read more

Dropped off an iPad Air for service back in December 22. Lady in the front desk was nice and polite. Took my device and told me that the service was going to take around 2-3 weeks. I have called the store at least 10 times in the last month and send messages via yelp and no one answers back. We are now in March 1st and still the same case. They did mention if nothing was able to be done to the iPad, that I would just get it returned and I wouldn't have to pay anything. I wonder what they did with my device. read more

Do not go here. I took my phone to get repaired but it came back worse. They changed the screen and the back but the front screen isn't even on fully. It pops off. And when I took my phone in my Face ID was working perfectly fine, but when I got my phone back it was broken. They said they would fix it in a day but it ended up being 2 days and they still couldn't even fix it. This place is ass I hope y'all listen to this review and go somewhere else. I'm very disappointed in this place and I want people to be aware. Aside that they take really long to fix your phone. They have very bad communication. Phones can be there a month and they won't keep you updated. In aungust I took my galaxy flip 5 to fix and they charge me $380.00 I paid got it fix 1 week later I called them and said that I see the black liquid on my screen they said bring it in. So it took me a couple weeks to get another phone since I know they say 1 day and take weeks to fix. Finally before my warranty expires I took it and took 2 weeks wouldn't call me I called and said to update me was my phone getting fix. She told me she would call me never did til 3 days later and tells me that the warranty did not cover liquid damage . My question is to them then what does it cover. They said I must of done that to the phone. But how the screen there the one that replaced it. So point is that if you fix your phone there and they say you have warranty 3 months it's a lie. They will tell you it's your faults. I don't recommend this place and the manager Erica very unprofessional for being a manager. Does not know fluent English she talks to customer like if she is taking to her friends. Very inappropriate. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up because they sure know how to charge. read more

I recently took my phone in to ONLY replace the screen. they had me come back 5 times because the screens they were putting on my phone did not work after replacing the screens over and over. In the end my Face ID stopped working. I chose this place because they gave me a very affordable price but I had the worse service and didn't even get my phone 100% fully repaired. The screen they replaced stopped working after 2 or 3 weeks. They were very unprofessional and every time I went in their store it smelled like weed. They also do not give refunds. Horrible experience here. Dropped off my controller and was told to come around a week. I came and was told the next day it would be ready so I come in and get told the same thing over and over again for weeks! I never received any type of message informing me of picking up my controller might I add. This is extremely ridiculous, I wasted so much time just to be able to come in and be told lies. Completely unprofessional, I had a headache dealing with this for around 2 months. I paid full price for my controller to be fixed and it was in the same condition as originally given. this site goes the extra mile. Even thou there were complications I will say that I'm happy. Ericka made sure that I was happy by calling me and even giving me her cell number if I have any problems. I have a cheap phone so, being that I have a cheap phone it is not what you would call a good phone. About 6 months or so I had the same issue that I have now which is not making and receiving calls. At that time I did a factory reset and I was able to get my calls back. However, this time it did not work- I first reset the settings, reset the network, and finally a hard reset. Cellspot covered all the bases and I am not going to lie but, I was not liking how they were handling my phone at first but, no other place would have done better and no other place would have called you to check on you. read more
