So I left it for the day and he said he'd call me next day if any issues. First of all the guy never called, I had to call the store. Guy tells me they been checking and that iPad never reset on them at all. I told the guy when I get the problem, and he suddenly just asked me to provide my pin for them to stress test it. How can you say you been checking it when you couldn't even unlock it in the first place? The guy told me to give him 30mins and he'd call me back. 2 days later with no response from them I decided to go retrieve my iPad because of the lack of communication and the scheme of saying they were working on it when it clearly shows they didn't even touch it. When I get it back I asked the guy if they at least checked the battery and told me battery health seemed fine that it was like at 98 percent. I happened to check it myself and it showed it was at 82 percent. The guy tells me they ran their own software to check battery health. Clearly there software need recalibration. Worst experience ever. This place was recommended to me by a family member but they showed their true colors. This place is a total scheme. A simple battery replacement and they turned me down like this. Definitely DO NOT! Recommend this place to anybody. Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere before event having the thought of coming to this place.

I left my phone at the shop and returned 25 minutes later to pick it up. Everything looked fine and less than 24 hours later I noticed a glowing green tint/pixeled contract especially when at full brightness. I am no expert but I feel like this must be an installation error or a defective/low quality panel. Was a screw behind the screen tightened too much, causing the green pressure marks? I expressed this concern when I went back to the shop today and was brushed off, told that this is normal and expected for screen repairs. For a $300 cost I expect a a flawless display. Or at least forewarned before I commit to the service? Do not come here unless you want a damaged phone. Every photo, video and background is now visual impaired by this green halo. I opted for this shop because it was local and convenient, but I suggest you trust any repairs with the Apple Store directly.
