This place should be called "u break, we make it worse"... Picked it up and a few days later the screen was lifting it didn't stay put. I called and asked if I could bring it back they said yes. Since I hadn't heard from them I called back the last week of May and was told it was ready for pick up. When I got to the store I was handed my iPad with a broken screen and was still lifted, the manager stated he could replace the screen again because they must've broken it while putting the "new" adhesive. I got a text a few days later that it was ready, I show up at the store and once again was told that it was not ready that the adhesive had not worked and would be ready in about 20 minutes. I left and came back a few hours later and once again was told it wasn't ready, to come back in an hour. The following day I got a text saying it was ready. I went back Sunday June 5th and again I was told it wasn't ready that the screen was still lifting. I told them I had been there SEVERAL times already and was given the run arounds. I was already very frustrated because they've had this iPad for about 2 months. I was assured that it would get fixed and that this time the screen would stay. Today, June 7th, I go pick up my iPad and was handed an iPad that had a new glass but the corner of the iPad had been "sand" down. I questioned it and was told that glass didn't fit and when that happens they sand down the metal part of the iPad. So now I have an iPad that's missing the top right corner and you can clearly see the adhesive and he really said it was okay because it worked fine. How is that okay? Shouldn't they have called me to make sure I was okay with them sanding my iPad? It didn't cost me a 1$ to purchase my device and I paid full a 140$ to get it fixed now I have a messed up device. I thought they were "professionals" since they are recommended by our insurance company. I didn't want to go through the hassle of my insurance so I paid out of pocket. This is the worst place you can take to get any thing fixed. 2 months with my iPad and instead of calling me and telling me they couldn't fix it they did whatever the heck they wanted. I am so upset at the fact that they were so unapologetic and didn't care about making things right.

I brought in a Gallien-Krueger 250ML guitar amplifier for repair and paid a $100 deposit. Armando…read moreGarcia told me after only one day that the amplifier was ready. I sent my daughter to pick it up, since Im recovering from a medical procedure but when I tested it at home, it did not work at all. It was in the exact same condition as when I originally brought it in. My son returned the amplifier to the shop . After keeping it for about a week, Armando told me that the speakers were bad and that they needed to be replaced. He quoted me $87 per speaker for two speakers, plus $89 in labor, which would have been another $263. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion before spending more money. I took the amplifier to another technician, who tested it and confirmed that the speakers were completely fine. The actual problem was an electronic issue inside the amplifier, not the speakers. Based on my experience, I do not believe the amplifier was properly diagnosed the first time. I paid $100, was told the equipment had been checked and repaired, yet it was returned to me without working. Then I was told I needed to purchase parts that another technician later confirmed were not defective. What disappoints me the most is that my $100 was never refunded, even though the diagnosis turned out to be incorrect and the amplifier was never repaired. Times are difficult financially for many people, and customers should be able to trust that they are paying for an honest and accurate diagnosis. I especially hate to see one Hispanic customer feel taken advantage of by another Hispanic-owned or operated business. I believe the fair and decent thing would be to return my $100. If Armando or the business reads this review, I hope they reconsider and refund the money. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
