This place is honestly a joke. Not once but twice has my mom brought her phone here and the repairs…read moreonly temporary. First time less than 3 weeks, second time less than 3 hours. And the customer service isn't good. You bring the phone back to get "repaired" again and they charge you more because it "left the shop working". To me it's just unprofessional, and money hungry to charge for a repair that needs fixed twice . Won't be back, won't recommend. They're also very vague with what they do repair, they say they order parts , replace things and do all this and that. But you never exactly hear what was done. It's not written down it's not answered when you ask the owner . They say they have "paperwork" but no copier . The paper work has no details. No pre inspection notes , no parts no replacements . Phone battery died after it left the shop, worker told me it left with good battery #s and it's extra charge to replace the battery. Note says it was shown and documented Low battery numbers yesterday, didn't mention it , didn't show paper work till I asked for it today . NOTHING . A joke . Scam scam scam.

Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.

They only called and "updated" me once which was really just a voicemail asking to call back. I called back within ten minutes and no one answered, FIVE times. So I had no clue what was going on after they took my money since it was "required" to order the part. I had first went to Best Buy to see about repairs where the associate looked at my laptop for all of 30 seconds before saying it was a hardware problem and quoting me $280. I decided to go try lightning repairs and explained to the guy at the desk everything Best Buy had said. He took it to the back and ran a test on it and brought and back and said my hard drive was fine and it was likely a software issue. A brand new one cost $80 and I didn't think it was worth getting it for a 5 year old laptop. I rang up this place and they told me that they sold genuine apple used chargers for laptops. They were also able to bring it down to half the price of a new one, which really fit my needs. Also, I know that they buy back genuine apple products. I sold my iphone back to them.
