Let me start by saying Caleb Woodworth is the best tech support, customer service, salesmen and friend I've ever dealt with. I was in Nassau, Bahamas enjoying a great day in Cabbage Beach suntanning and a rogue wave crashed the beach and took my phone and I out. lol I never met Caleb Woodworth before this night but he scheduled a private consultation with me after a good friend recommended I go give him a try. I'm so happy he was able to fit me in his schedule. I got there and they where getting ready to close but Caleb decided that whatever time it takes to get me a new phone and download my information from iCloud as well was going to happen. I left the store an hour after they closed with an upgraded phone and a new friend. He went way over and beyond with my order and the support and advice he gave me was priceless. 3 teenagers running the place, smells like their smoking weed all day in the place. Told me 4 days in a row they were getting an iPhone in for me from another of there stores. On the 4th day they said they would order it and it would be in 3 days later. Typical low grade no service cell phone store, one of their cousins probably owns the place. If you value your time & not being run around by a gang of stoned teens do yourself a favor & go to a real Verizon corporate outlet not this low grade fake knock off. The one in Troy & in Royal Oak have everything in stock & know what they are doing. Today there was a lady losing her mind yelling at the stoned teenagers running three place & sounded liked they lost her data on her phone she was switching from and lost her phone number when they closed her old account without "porting" the number over to new phone. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Because of an EMPLOYEES mistake i've been driving all around Michigan trying to return a phone in which he had me buy because he failed to tell me I had insurance. So instead of paying my $200 deductible for a new phone, I spent over $1000. Devante was SO unbelievably rude and useless. I have never dealt with someone so ignorant and entitled. I have dealt with him two different occasions and each time he kept telling me he didn't know the answer to my simple questions and that I had to call verizon... uh isn't that what he's there for? I wish I could give them 0 stars! Do not give this company your business! This was my first time buying a phone from an "Authorized Retailer" because I thought it would be good to support my local community. Well as it turns out, I got burned for doing so and so I will never shop here again! I purchased a new phone and traded in my old phone for a $350 credit which was supposed to hit my bill after 1 - 2 billing cycles. After 5 months, it still has not hit my bill. The assistant manager claimed he was working on it but after several weeks there was still no change. He would constantly promise to call me back but never did. The final straw was when he started claiming there was nothing they could do about it, claimed they called me and left messages and even asked me, "are you sure there was even a promotion going on?" What?!?! I have the receipt from this company with all the information on it!!!! And he's the Assistant Manager!!! And now they have effectively stolen my old phone by taking it from me but never paying me for it!!! Buyer beware!! read more

This business appears to lure you in with false adds to buy their product. Thety claim they are Verizon wireless, however they're just authorized to sell the verizon products, they're not Verizon wireless, and are there to sell you , but not deliver and give you the run around. I bought my phone from the manager, David Long, the manager is who I asked to remove two pieces of equipment that were on my plan. August 10, 2018 was the first time I asked him to change it. He said he did it, but did't then said he called and it wasn't his fault Verizon didn't make the changes., it wasn't until August 24th when I picked up my Galaxy Note 9 that he said he called to take them off. I just found outthey were not removed and David promised my bill would be less. Truth is, it was about the same, maybe more. They advertized a set of Samsung head phones if you pre ordered the Galaxy Note Nine, which I did. To date I have not received them. I have called numerous times and have appeared in the store only to get jerked around and hung up on three times, with an explanation that it's a new phone and disconnects when someone picks up the phone. I was told by David Long that he personally UPS'd the headphones himself Thursday 27 Dec 2018. Today is Jenuary 1, 2019. When I asked for the trackibg number he gave me a bogus tracking number and told me he uses another business sometime. Save yourself the aggravation and frustrstion, the Verizon Wireless Store on Miller Rd is a better business. This business, appears to do dishonest dealings with consumers, they give you the run around. They claimed they were the busiest dealer in the state! Better business bureau needs to be aware, the business owner should check his employees, and Verizon should drop them since they are doing a disservice to Verizon. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere, avoid the dishonesty, frustrstion, money squandering and headaches. Verizon said this is a common practice they do and may investigate, Verizon said something should be done about it, and no one should take their business there. This has been on going since August 10th 2018. Is there restitution? Reap what you sew.... Karma will get you in the long run. read more
