I ordered a new screen protector for my cell phone on Amazon. I got 2 for about $8.66. The product was supposed to fit a Galaxy S10+. I assumed it was going to work. I read the instructions and watched the YouTube video on how to do it. I had to watch a part of the video over and over again because there was a step that I just couldn't follow. Then I discovered that the screen protector didn't even fit my phone. So at least I was able to return it. I decided I should go to a brick and mortar store so I could actually see if the screen protector was going to fit before buying it. I went to Cellular Depot USA. they are sailing broken phones do not buy anything from this place they are a scam phone from this company. It worked for two days and then it broke. I took it back to get a new phone. They said they have to check to see if water damage. They gave me a work order paper with their information on person's name is Francisco. Phone number is 702-505-0075 pick up time was Monday. Date was 080 725 immediately when I called they said that they had no idea what I was talking about so I called the other number 702-878-7900 and Emily came back with a phone number or a message stating they are helping customers they are a scam. Everybody is saying that they're having the same problem. Do not buy phones from this company. You will be wasting your money and they won't give the phone back so I bought a phone it was defective. Worst phone store in Vegas. All they sale is equipment that doesn't work and will not honor if u bring back equipment. Owner very rude and the worker has no knowledge of anything and rude as well. Don't spend your money here. Don't come. They are not worth it and all their products are cheap and not made well I even bought two wireless chargers from this store and both were defective and the owner refused to switch out the defect ones for a diff and new charger. They are knowledgeable and friendly and great with repairs etc. I don't think think there is a competitive alternative in town. Dirty ass little strip mall but if you need anything cell related I doubt you could do better. I purchased a refurb Galaxy 7 and finding accessories anywhere but Amazon or Ebay is difficult, but this place had pleny of cases and screen protectors. Short and sweet review. Walked in with my friend and the staff was quick to help and point us in the direction we needed. The store is small but laid out well so they and you can find everything quickly. They got my friend the case and charger she needed very fast. They have a selection of cases, accessories, phones, head phones and chargers. From phones in the early 2000s to phones as of today. All really good prices. My friend got a great galaxy case and charger for 13$ and I got two pairs of headphones (one green and one blue) for $12. In September I went to this store to buy a phone, and according to the seller the phone was new and worked perfectly fine, with the sale of the phone they also sold me a charger that according to them was on sale, but it was not included with the sale of the phone, unb. But anyway, I made the mistake of testing the phone days after making the purchase, and unfortunately the phone was fully discharged in less than 5 hours, as was the charger, which in addition to not being an original charger from the brand of the phone didn't work either. I took the phone to a repair guy, and sure enough, it had faulty parts, so I knew the phone wasn't really new. Not to talk about the owner or manager, whatever he is, with his awkward attitude and mad face, pretty hard to talk to this guy not really helpful. So, this is very simple: when you buy an item, especially an electronic item, be sure to check it in the presence of the seller, and test it intensively for several days, especially if the seller only gives you less than two days to return the purchase to the store in case of failure. read more
