This is my go-to place for phone repairs. I've needed a screen repair on my phone (iPhone XR) a couple times now. This place is the cheapest I've found in the valley, cheaper than all the other phone repair locations you can message here on Yelp. The gentleman working there is kind and very quick with the repair- literally 5 or so minutes and it's finished. I've had other people quote a few hours, and some places even ask for my phone password. Weird. Not this place!! Quick and honest work. This place is so awesome. Hubby and I are super rough on our iPhones, and we crack the screens frequently. We have joked that over the past couple of years, we've kept iFIX in business. The place is sketchy as anything, but don't let that deter you. Located in one of the not-so-nice parts of town, this business is located in a rundown shopping center. But do you really care if your phone repairman has a swanky office? I don't, and you won't, especially if you love a bargain. The screen repair process has never taken more than 20 minutes, and it's usually quicker than that. You go in, tell 'em what you want, they take your phone to the back room (made me nervous the first time I was here, but now it's no biggie), then come out with your good-as-new screen! Sometimes the store is busy, but I've never needed an appointment. They can do all sorts of work on all sorts of models, but I only have experience with several generations of iPhone screens. This is the cheapest place in town to get your iPhone screen replaced. Older models are even cheaper. I've been pleased with the work done every time, even when dealing with completely shattered screens that need urgent replacing. Unlike some other screen repair places, I've also not had a problem with my screen once the new one is in. One time a pixel dropped, but I was trading my phone in so I got rid of the problem quickly. I cracked my iPhone 12 screen and brought it here to be replaced. For $230 what I got was a nightmare. The screen looked like it was repaired but it actually was not. Since picking it up from the repair facility my screen on the intermittently response to touch. The EM screen that they put on here is cheap and noticeably more dim even on the brightest setting by far and the worst part about this whole thing is that the screen noticeably protrudes you can both see and feel the screen protruding from the phone. I've been trying to get a hold of someone in here to talk about their 30 day warranty and I've called probably six times in the two weeks that I've been able to come into the store and no one has returned my call I even emailed them know when is Richard my email now the 30 is over read more

I am happy with the outcome. Just got my phone screen fixed. I had dropped the phone and the screen was cracked, also got the charging port and a new battery. All for $220. My bf had called the day before and was quoted $220, was told to come in and will take 1.5 hrs. I showed up yesterday and Pedro quoted me $250. I told him we were quoted $220 so he said ok. He had to order the parts so I had to go back again since yesterday was Sunday and the warehouse was closed. I put in my deposits. Today I went in at noon, and dropped my phone off. I was told to come back an hour. An hour and 15 mins later I went to pick my phone but had to wait another 10 mins. They also sell phone gadgets but they didn't have S6 phone cover. I could not be more disappointed. I have used many phone repair shops over the years as I have a family of five and we all have iPhones. My ex-husband took his phone in today for a Groupon that we had. The owner would not take the Groupon even though by Groupon's rules he has to. Per Groupon at the very minimum they have to give you what you paid for it as credit to any service, but that's neither here nor there. My problem is with the fact that he paid $130 just to get the front glass replaced. Within 10 minutes the phone completely shut off and would not work!!!!!! He came home then had to drive a half hour back. The owner fixed it; which took about another 20 minutes. So my ex gets back home and within a few more minutes the iPhone again turns off. This is so unacceptable and now I'm freaking out because the $1200 phone is not working properly and we can't trust these people; so I have no idea what to do. All I can say at this point is please do not take your phone there you will pay 130 to get the glass fixed and come out with a good looking phone but a phone that is now broken and worthless. Purchased a brand new iPhone SE from a great provider, not these guys. I broke my screen so I called these guys to repair my screen and they told me the price would be $65 I took an Uber to these guys and waited about 35 minutes for the screen to be fixed. I took the phone and the button wasn't working correctly. There was no touch ID. The button was stuck most of the time and I could not press it I could not pay for any items I cannot use it on the App Store, I cannot use it to login. I begin to think that the technician here had broken my SE button because clearly this was not the button that came with the hardware of the new version of the iPhone SE. Why would the technician here break my original iPhone SE button, and then replace it with a generic, aftermarket, not original button, for an older iPhone version, and not tell me? The technician asked me to return another day. I noticed a lot of glue on the bottom of my iPhone SE I said what is this glue? The technician replied that is some glue that I used on your iPhone. When I brought the iPhone it did not have glue and it did not have any dents when I left the store the iPhone SE at the bottom had glue and dents from where the technician pried it open. The technician replaced the button again for some reason, remember he had tried to fool me the first time when he had broke the original touch ID button. The iPhone SE has a touch ID that allows you to use a fingerprint this was the reason for the purchase because it is a new version Specifically with this touch ID digital signature. So what we have here are technicians that put in old parts on new phones the touch ID obviously is not working with a new button that they put in because they broke the old button because the original issue was a cracked screen and the button worked perfectly in fact I used the button to call them 15 minutes before I arrived the phone itself was working spectacularly. You know I wasted over $100 with the phone repair where they broke the button and put in a fake phony button which was not compatible with the current version of the iPhone SE. In fact I told them before arriving that this is the new SE version that just came out in April and when I entered the store I told him again that this is the new iPhone SE version that just came out in April. They don't have the parts they are not prepared for the new iPhone versions if you have an older phone the shop will be satisfactory for you but if you have any Of the newer iPhones They do not have the parts for you but the biggest concerning factor was that they didn't tell me that they broke the button on my iPhone and try to cover it up by placing a non-compatible button read more
