I would give him 0 or minus stars if I could. A cheat, a thief, a con man, a charlatan, a shyster, a fraudster, a swindler,a scammer or any similar name you find in the dictionary. Mike the owner is certainly among the worst that humanity has produced based on my experience with him. He preys on the most vulnerable in our society. He sold an old repaired used iPhone which one can buy for $50 as a new phone to an old man who is mentally challenged, has Alzheimer and the mental capacity of a 2 year old for $479.58. I went to the store and explained that the old man already had an active phone but simply could not remember that and that is why he bought the phone. I asked him to cancel the sale. I also explained that the old man lives on a social security check of $460 a month and can not pay his rent or buy groceries if the sale is not cancelled. Mike was not moved!!!! He couldn't care less for the old man's hardship. He was happy to cheat the old man out of his money rather than do the honorable and the right thing which was to return the old man's money. He refused to even discuss or consider canceling the sale and simply pointed to the store policy of no refunds. Why should he when he is making such a fat profit off of a simpleton. After all they are hard to come by!!! When I left the phone on his counter, he refused to acknowledge that the phone was returned and audaciously said you have no witness. I then solicited his assistant to witness return of the phone and asked for his name. Mike ordered his assistant to refuse to give his name. Then I asked Mike for his full name, he said Bruce was his name and he refused to give his last name and said he does not have one!!!! I know a lot of Iranians who are doing hard work and run an honest business. Mike is a disgrace to himself and to his Iranian community. I am going to file a complaint with the phone company and also take him to small claims court to recover the old man's money. Stay tuned this saga is just beginning!!! A word of caution. i was recommended by Verizon they told me if any body can fix your phone in this condition they are the one. i dropped my iPhone 6s plus from the stairs the LCD broke i did go to one of this places they fix phones they said no problem we will fix it for you for $350.00 because i don't have insurance i had no choice i said OK they told me it would take almost one our . an our passed they still couldn't fix it they told me internal is badly damaged so i left .i go to apple store on third street they said my phone is beyond repair and i have to get another unit $850.00 . i couldn't do it i did go to Verizon and they told me about this place i walked in they welcomed me very warm and i told them what happened they(Mike) saw the problem while i was there waiting another customer came in with bad condition looking phone it was recommended by one of the consular or embassy people i was very impressed how they handled customers any how they told me it would be $300.00 and it would be done by next day .they called the next day the told me it is all done and working and fully functional i couldn't believe it till i see it and yes is working like a charm and thank god for cellular gallery to do such a service and grate prices . i recommend cellular gallery to everyone they have any problem with the phone .This place have everything you should see it. The truth of the matter is, had I not come to Cellular Gallery, I would have lost a ton of business and a very expensive phone and would have to buy another! I used a dumb cheap charger I bought in a hurry and it completely fried my phone. I took it to 3-4 places and I was told I need to buy a new phone at all of them. Right when I was about to give up and spend tons of money I really didnt have for a new phone, I drove by cellular gallery and took a chance. By far the best experience I've ever had getting my phone repaired. After spending an entire week going back and forth between sprint and Apple and not getting a single thing done I came to cellular gallery from word of mouth. My friend recommended I stop by and have the owner Michael check my phone. After a few minutes he was able to work his magic and not only diagnose my phone but get it back to working condition when sprint and Apple stated that my phone was not "fixable" and therefore I would need an upgrade. Even while waiting for my phone to be repaired I saw him turn away business because he's an honest man and told the customer it would be cheaper for them to go through their insurance. I had my phone stolen and had to get a new one in a hurry for work (and it was Passover). Someone recommended Cellular Gallery, and when I went in I was amazed at how courteous the staff was in answering questions. I ended up upgrading my phone from a Samsung to an IPhone. They were patient and answered all my questions with knowledge and experience. While there I was offered water to drink while they did the set up. Also a young man came in with a IPad he sat on & cracked the screen. They fixed it in 20 minutes and only charges him for the glass!
