Vess diagnosed the issue on the spot (he must have seen a lot of similar problems) and fixed it in less than a day. The price was reasonable and he also recommended cleaning the inside as it accumulated dust (see photo), which explained the overheating issues I had to deal with frequently with the laptop. The cost of repair was reasonable and he also offered several pieces of advice to prevent similar issues in the future. Sorry I didn't snap a pic of his table, but it was nicely displayed. He didn't know me from Adam, but Ojen comes across as sincere and empathetic. Of course, everyone cracks the outer casing on their phones on occasion, and that includes me. I've had mine fixed a couple times before, and have been satisfied. The difference with Ojen is that he comes to you. In this case, we met at Tech Conference. But, typically, he'll come to you - wherever you are. His prices are competitive, and he does good work. My phone is back to looking 100% good. Glad I ran into him, and would definitely recommend Ojen. Oh, and his business card is really cool - it's a fun take on his business.
