This is a counterfeit store masked as a cell phone repair business. I had a cell phone screen…read morereplaced on an s24fe. The repair person was quite rude and after the repair I experienced the forward facing cameras inoperational. I called the moment I noticed and the guy seamed willing to make the repair When I arrived after a 40 min 35 mile drive the repair guy was not willing to take a look. It seams the repair bussiness is an apartment or living space behind the counter. Smelled like food each time I arrived. The 1st time the business had an open sign on,but the door was locked. Sketchy!! Counterfeit items all.over the store and 1.75 canned sodas in a dorm room fridge when you walk in.....Sketchy!!!

But It failed in about a a year. I delayed sending it back. In the interim, I bought 2 braided Lightning cables, both robust, for $8 apiece. They have been working fine. To get my refund, I would have to spend another $15 or about the cost of 2 cheaper cables. So I'd be into it for about $45 for one cable. I could buy 5 1/2 cheaper cables for what I'd have into your cable. It doesn't pencil out. And they're both made in China anyway. Not a great business model you have. I got snookered for a bad cable once. Not again.

I visited the Woodlands Villafe AT&T store recently and had one of the worst customer service…read moreexperiences I've encountered. I was the only customer in the store, yet the three employees on duty were completely disengaged--more interested in watching a movie than doing their jobs. When I asked for help with my phone (which is glitching and barely charges past 5% per hour), they seemed visibly annoyed. Instead of assisting me through the insurance process--as I've experienced in the past--they just handed me a brochure and brushed me off. Their only real effort was trying to upsell me a new phone, even though I clearly stated I have insurance coverage. In the past, AT&T staff have walked me through the insurance claim right then and there. This time? Not even close. If this is what in-store support has become, it's incredibly disappointing. Do better.

I drove two hours to Flagstaff to help my roommate change service to AT&T because it's one of the…read morefew services that work in my remote location. While Chase, the supposed store manager, was helping a new employee serve her, he mentioned AT&T Internet Air. I asked and he said it would work at my address ("If you get a signal, you can use Internet Air.") Come to find out, it does NOT work at my location. He ordered it for a service location of 3300 E. University Dr, Mesa, AZ. I canceled the service but the unit had already shipped. If it had shipped to my home, I'd have no problem returning it myself. Instead, Chase had it sent to the store, knowing full well I just drove two hours to get there. Now everybody at AT&T is telling me that *I* have to return the device that Chase feloniously ordered that was shipped to the wrong address for service at an address that is a 3 hour drive from my home that I have never lived at. I was told this by at least FOUR help desk people. Since I believed I was getting the Internet Air and would have unlimited internet, I changed my service to the 55+ Plan, which was supposed to be $45 (looking on my bill, it will be over $70!). Now, as I'm looking to return to my old plan that had some great discounts, I don't see those discounts as being available (the major was a Veteran's Discount). This store should either be closed or everyone be let go or transferred to a store that can deprogram all the male bovine feces Chase has taught them. Chase should be arrested and sent to prison for misrepresentation.

After being a Verizon customer for approximately 21 years, I am extremely disappointed with my…read morerecent experience. I have spent more than 20 hours trying to resolve repeated account, contract, pricing, and insurance issues, and my agreement required multiple corrections while I received inconsistent information from different representatives. March 21: I signed my contract. During enrollment, the contract terms, conditions, pricing details, and limitations were not clearly explained. The plan was presented as approximately $45 unlimited service including hotspot, but the actual costs and added charges became significantly higher. At the same time, I specifically requested mobile replacement protection through Asurion for my phones in case of damage or replacement needs. April 21: I contacted Verizon after discovering the requested mobile replacement coverage had not been added correctly. Instead, I was enrolled in technical support coverage, which is completely different from mobile device replacement insurance. May 05: I called again specifically to verify that my phone replacement insurance had been corrected and added to the contract. I was told everything was properly set up. May 23: After calling again, I learned that the requested coverage and corrections still had not been handled as expected. My concerns include: * Contract terms not fully explained at signing * Pricing differences from what was presented * Lack of transparency regarding costs and promotions * Incorrect insurance enrollment * Repeated account corrections * Excessive time spent trying to fix avoidable issues After more than two decades as a customer, I expected better communication, accuracy, and transparency. I hope Verizon reviews this matter seriously and works toward a fair resolution.
