    Back is broken

    We paid $400 to get my daughters IPhone 12 fixed two weeks before Christmas. She loves her phone and that's all she wanted for Christmas. $400 is a lot of money for us. When we picked up the phone my husband noticed that the screens weren't on correctly. He told the guy and the guy said it was fine and not to worry about it. We kept it in the car in a little box in the glove box until Christmas eve. We took it out to charge it so when my daughter unwrapped it it would be 100% ready to use. We noticed that it already had a crack on the back of the phone. And of course it's Christmas Eve with Christmas being the following day. So we didn't think the store would be open. My husband works in Camp Verda 4 days a week and I work 5-6 days a week. With only one vehicle so getting back to flagstaff isn't the easiest for us. We were also told that if anything happens to the phone there's a 90 day warranty. I just got off the phone with this place and the guy was rude and pretty much called me a lier. I'm very frustrated with this place but more so that I paid $400 for it to be in worse condition them it was in. And that the one thing my daughter wanted for Christmas she didn't get. Again $400 is a lot of money for our family. And now he's saying that the warranty doesn't cover her phone and that I'm being dishonest about what happened to it. If he doesn't fix it, I will be taking this to small claims court. I'm not one to write bad reviews or complain or be a 'Karen' but this situation is so not ok! Very bad service. Very expensive. And they are very rude. Honestly I should have just got her a new phone and would have if I knew this would be the end result. My advice is don't take your things here, just don't!

    Overpriced, would charge $250 for a 13 back glass replacement. So I just did it myself for only $7

    he offered me $40 for my $800 watch even though it's worth 485 to 600 resale I would not recommend trying to sell your tech to the store

    Came in to have my phone screen changed. I was told 30 minutes, they got it done in 20. Very nice guys and good pricing.

    My car battery was sounding a little weak after 4 years so I decided to get one coming before it…read morefailed. I remembered the local Flagstaff batteries+ having great service back in the day so I placed an online, ship to store order for an X2 AGM. Next morning an email came through saying the store declined my order. The Prescott location had them in stock and I figured this location could easily order one up for me so I wondered what went wrong. I'll never know though because they didn't contact me to explain or offer another option despite having my info from the order. Doesn't seem like a great way to do business. Fortunately we live in a consumer society where batteries+ doesn't have a monopoly on EnerSys or East Penn batteries and you can get them nearly anywhere so with one click I ordered an Odyssey battery online from my favorite auto supply chain. Shipped to my doorstep tomorrow free. Easy. Exact same specs, same manufacturer, same price, most likely the same battery, just branded and packaged differently. Tomorrow I'll have a new EnerSys AGM battery instead of an email saying my order was declined and I can decline to spend my money at store 103 in the future. It's great to have options.

I took it back to have that issue resolved and she told me that the screw is stripped and she couldn't do anything about it. It was new when I bought it from the carrier and never been worked on before. So now I have to go to the valley and visit an apple shop to get it fixed. I would think carefully about taking your product there because if I would have known that this would happen I would have just went to the valley to begin with.

I have spent more than 20 hours trying to resolve repeated account, contract, pricing, and insurance issues, and my agreement required multiple corrections while I received inconsistent information from different representatives. March 21: I signed my contract. During enrollment, the contract terms, conditions, pricing details, and limitations were not clearly explained. The plan was presented as approximately $45 unlimited service including hotspot, but the actual costs and added charges became significantly higher. At the same time, I specifically requested mobile replacement protection through Asurion for my phones in case of damage or replacement needs. April 21: I contacted Verizon after discovering the requested mobile replacement coverage had not been added correctly. Instead, I was enrolled in technical support coverage, which is completely different from mobile device replacement insurance. May 05: I called again specifically to verify that my phone replacement insurance had been corrected and added to the contract. I was told everything was properly set up. May 23: After calling again, I learned that the requested coverage and corrections still had not been handled as expected. My concerns include: * Contract terms not fully explained at signing * Pricing differences from what was presented * Lack of transparency regarding costs and promotions * Incorrect insurance enrollment * Repeated account corrections * Excessive time spent trying to fix avoidable issues After more than two decades as a customer, I expected better communication, accuracy, and transparency. I hope Verizon reviews this matter seriously and works toward a fair resolution.
