There is a wide variety of items through this gigantic store. Everything is clean and organized every time I go in. It seemed like half the store was 40% off so we looked around then went to the shoe section. I found some full price Merrell shoes to try. The clerk was having a conversation with a customer about possible Grand Canyon hikes which was interesting....for the first 5 minutes. Made eye contact with the clerk but nothing, just kept talking about hikes and never about the shoes being tried on. Got up and looked for someone else to help but no one available after a lap of the store. Went back to the shoe department, the clerk was STILL talking about hikes and ignoring me standing there with the shoe. Put the shoe back on the shelf, we left and spent our money elsewhere. While we don't give off the hardcore "outdoors" vibe this store is definitely not as cool as they think they are. We were also ignored when first walking through the store while hearing another customer being offered help. Good thing there are a dozen other stores selling the same stuff within a square mile of old downtown. Maybe why so much of the merchandise was 40% off?

After a horrible experience at the place over by the old WalMart, I decided to bring my old frames…read morein and get the new prescription put in the old (beloved/awesome) frames; I've done this before and had no bad experiences, but last year in Covid-paranoia land they wouldn't do it. But his year they would. yay! Wearing a mask, so my glasses are all foggy, I went in, had a very nice experience with the young lady who helped me pick out all the things I needed - like, these frames require the polycarbonate lenses, scratch-insurance, etc. My glasses will be ready BY the 30th. Great. So I get an email, a text, a call, an SMS message -- all telling me my new glasses are in. EARLY Hot Diggity Dog!. I go to the mall, all the stores on that side are closed; quite the creepy walk. They open the glasses-case. Not My Quite Expensive Frames! Not only Not My Glasses, they're some dude's horrible 70s-era-looking huge clunky things. Bill Haverchuck wore these in Freaks&Geeks, I think! Now I'm upset. They tell me they'll look with the lab, (no on-site lab anymore, sux) the other stores all over the state. They WILL find my glasses. Nope. 3 days later, the store manager calls me, says come in pick out new frames, they'll express my glasses. Guaranteed still by the 30th. I got a call Saturday Morning (the 30th), they "found" my old glasses, come get them. I get there... not my old frames, new Rx in the Technolite frames I'd picked out on Wednesday. It's nice that I now have glasses I can wear without getting a headache, but I don't really appreciate being lied to. So, overall. I got glasses I can wear, but they LOST my frames then lied to me about finding them.

The blazer and pants cost me $70.40 with tax and it was sale price. I bought earrings here once, small pearl hoops and everyone completed me on them... I think they were gold pearls and pearl pearls around the hoop. Super cute. I lost them but whatever. Today I picked out a gold bracelet, silver necklace, emerald ring and pearl ring w diamonds.
