I had my mother's iPhone unlocked here and the price was very reasonable, even for this college gal. :) A family member spilled water on my Macbook's trackpad and I thought it was a goner! My Macbook was making a weird sound when I tried to turn it on and then it went pitched black....forever. I think the last time I got this terrified was when I got my very first "C." No really... I just purchased it a few months ago from the Apple Store. Next morning, I brought my laptop to Hung and his partner (I forgot his name) who are very knowledgable. They did their little magic and was able to resuscitate my laptop back to life! Best of all, they didn't amputate my arm or leg for the repair! ;) So far, my brother's screen protector has been very protective, my mother's unlocked iPhone is functioning perfectly, my Macbook has been getting me A's jk but it's working just as good as new. Everything was fine the repair took about 30 minutes I paid him and left with my phone. The next day I open my camera to see that my camera lens is cracked. I checked my phone and the lens is fine on the outside til i noticed a finger print on the internal part of the lens and i realized it has been replaced with a different camera. My phone indicated to me that a new camera was installed and i never requested a camera replacement only a screen replacement. I will never go back here again

They change the battery and my keyboard stops working. They said they are going to need to swap it out. I said ok. But I need my laptop on certain days because this is my work laptop. They weren't able to fix the keyboard that they say was damaged as result of my battery being changed. I still want upset. I take them a back up laptop so they can clone it. They clone the computer but now are telling me that the wifi isn't going to work on the new laptop. I said ok. Just please let me use my old laptop so I can do my work in the mean time while they figure out the wifi. I still wasn't upset. I get home plug in my old laptop and it doesn't turn on. First I called on a Saturday to see if they were open and was happy to hear they were open until 6 pm. Not only that, but they will take walk-ins! AND he said it would only take about 10 minutes to change my broken screen on my iPhone X! I told the guy on the phone I would go there soon -- at the time it was only 2pm. Shortly after 5pm, I get a call, and it turns out to be Northridge iPhone repair asking me if I was still planning on coming in. It sounded like they were genuinely worried about closing the doors and me not getting my phone fixed (also they are closed on Sundays, so they didn't want me to be out of a phone the whole weekend). How cool is that? I ended up walking in the following Saturday. Its' a tiny little office on the second floor of the building, and the guy there (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was so helpful and did a good quick job. I told him I wanted to spend the least amount of money because I was just fixing the screen so I could send it in and get credit for my upgrade to an iPhone 12 max pro. During the time I was there I saw him handle other customers including a walk-in who he gave good advice to. For their situation they should go to the apple store, because it would void their warranty if he fixed it, and it should be included in their suscription apple care. I thought it was a sign of good character to turn away a customer that would have paid decent money but would not be in their best interest. He even pointed out to us that we shouldn't just replace a battery just because we're here, if nothing is wrong with it. He said the glue that seals our phone and makes our phone waterproof would be broken Last but not least, I was really happy to pay with Venmo. You can also pay with other alternative means.

Slava said there was no warranty, I pushed back a bit and he said ok i'll give you three months. Well today I went back because the battery that he installed on my watch is dead. He tells me there is no warranty, I said that it states 90 days warranty on the receipt. He said that he would honor it but made a mistake by not taking that off. Pretty much if you get a battery installed and it dies in a week, there is no warranty. That is NO good for business. I will never go back or refer anyone here.
