I already had past issues with the shop when I went in February to get a laptop screen replaced because they damaged my laptop cover with the screwdriver which left a permeant carving. I tried disputing it with my credit card but the merchant lied saying I never contacted them back about the issue. Even though I emailed 2 separate times, called like 4 which one of the calls lasted 10 minutes of me trying to get a refund, and went to the shop 2 separate occasions. I did not immediately approach them right away, I had class after the pick up because I am a college student. I also didn't re-contact my bank back because it is too much effort, I had midterms during then, and if they need the money so badly they can keep it. Now it is July 18 and the cheap replacement they gave me has a fat yellow tint looking like a long vertical line on the left side of my screen. This 100% due to a hardward issue, and now I cannot reach out about the issue because the shop is dishonest, and disingenuous. If you want your laptop worse off come here, if not take the extra money to a different shop with actual integrity. read more

In an unfortunate incident on the last day of our trip, my partner dropped his phone from a dining table and it of course hit that one angle on the edge to crack a side and the screen will no longer light up The next day when we come back home, we're searching on Yelp for a spot that could replace the screen quickly. Most quotes says it would take at least 2 days cause they needed to order the screen. Price points were mainly the same (although high around $320). "No fix , No fee ,No hassles" I paid for a screen replacement that did not work, and was hassled. I cracked my phone screen in December, and came here to get it fixed after reading all of the positive reviews. The initial correspondence was easy. I told Jon the type of phone I had, he quoted me $180 to fix it. It is important to know that when I asked how much it would costs, he said "$180". No other context was offered. I was happy with the price and let him fix it. Five minutes into getting my phone back, I noticed that my screen would glitch every time I opened certain app.s Then I noticed that the screen kept freezing, and I would have to restart my phone to get it to work. I immediately went back to Jon and told him about the issues, and he said he would fix it and get me a new screen within a few days. Once again, I picked up my "fixed" screen for the second time, only for it to have the same issues I was having before, just a little less frequently. Frustrated, I went back to Jon a third time and asked what was going on. He said I bought the "generic" version for $180 and that I could upgrade to a high quality option for more money that would not have these issues. I asked him why didn't he inform me of the different versions that were available when we first spoke, and he said that he assumed I wanted the cheapest version. I can only imagine that he made this assumption because I am a Black woman. It is absurd, insulting and bad business to assume what someone is willing to pay for when you are in a sales position. He then proceeded to tell me that all of the glitches, freezing and malfunctions were normal with the "generic" version, and that I would continue to experience these issues that were rendering my phone inoperable unless I upgraded to a higher quality version. Nothing of this information was offered when I initially returned the phone for issues. As a customer I don't understand why you would sell a product that you know does not work. My screen was "fixed" yet I wasn't able to use my phone for more than 5 minutes without if freezing, glitching or shutting down. This is not a fix. Furthermore, I was not initially given the option to buy a new screen that would actually work. I told him he was a scam artist and left. The 100-day warranty they offer is because they know that their products do not work and you will experience many issues. I would not recommend letting Jon fix your phone unless you plan to waste money on a phone that does not work. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience like others have had. To the staff- Simple solution - please run a diagnostic before attempt to sell a fix. iPad battery was draining, brought it in and without any diagnostic, told me it must be the battery since it's an old iPad (7 yr old). "$100 to replace with 100 day warranty". Guess what, made no difference. In fact the battery drains faster now. Brought back and now I'm told it's actually a problem with the "motherboard" and would be $120 for attempt to fix. Maybe diagnostic should have been done before charging me $100 and giving me a "100 day warranty". No offer of refund or even partial refund as the battery drain is worse than it was before the replacement. read more
