Suddenly, the volume button also stopped working, which meant she couldn't restart the phone at all when the screen froze. We were looking for a bare minimum solution, to have the old phone be functional long enough to transfer her data to a new phone. I called a few places looking for a simple, temporary fix, and luckily found this store. When I explained the situation, they offered to help with the data transfer instead of repairing the older phone. They temporarily installed a working screen on the old phone, let us complete the transfer, and then even swapped the cracked screen back afterward. Stumbled upon this place after the ol' iPhone screen literally stopped working. Literally stopped,…read moreand still no idea why or how. I did a quick search of the area and found iRepair. I was quoted $65 for a screen replacement and ended up paying closer to $100 - but if you have cash, they don't charge you tax (hint hint)! They were fast and pretty sharp with their turnaround (was told 20 min but they only took 10 min to replace). The screen is slightly different than the original but that's what I paid for. Overall, very solid spot and will come back in the future if I have any other iPhone issues.
