Each week they proceeded to blow debris from our neighbors property onto our front lawn in an effort to not have to remove at their cost. When I spoke to the manager at Absolute, Jim stated he would look into this matter, follow up with me and was apologetic. To date Jim has never contacted us to follow up nor has this matter been resolved. I would never recommend doing business with a 'lawn care' company that removes debris from one of their customers only to leave the mess behind for a neighbor to deal with.

The owner often responded with a smirk and a condescending tone when questions were asked, which made communication feel disrespectful and unhelpful. A worker also filmed me during the interaction, which was unprofessional and intrusive. My hose was unnecessarily removed from the spigot during the job without asking, causing damage to the connector that had to be replaced. Scheduling was also poorly handled--I called in April and was told planting after Mother's Day would be fine, but the work was delayed and not completed until almost summer. Overall, due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, property handling issues, delays, and high pricing, I would strongly not recommend this company. Your response is inaccurate (dishonest) and extremely defensive for someone who claims she didn't do anything wrong. You can make up whatever you want Stacey your company is still not worth doing business with.

I would do a Google review however I don't have Google not do I want it. aside from the work they do, they're nice people, respectful, trustworthy, reasonably priced, and so forth. I tried on two previous occasions with two other landscapers and was disappointed both times. Ken understood what I was hoping to create with my outdoor spaces and made it happen. He used plants and rocks that were different and beautiful. One of the trees that he found for me, he hoped he could find another for himself! It is probably my favorite. Ken oversaw the project with a critical eye. He was not afraid to make changes to his original plan, in order to please me, or his own sense of style as the project progressed. In addition, he did my fencing and lighting. I didn't have to deal with coordinating between companies. Ken took care of it all. He was so easy to work with. Total Concepts will continue to maintain my property going forward. It always looks wonderful and I am confident that it alway will. I requested, if possible, to split the 9 yards as I have a circular driveway and would be easier for my worker. As I attempted to leave my home for a scheduled doctor appointment, to my surprise, I found both entrances totally blocked with mulch! I immediately called the office and explained the situation. The owner, Jerry, clearly stated there was nothing he could do about it. I voiced my concern about not being able to exit my home in the event of an emergency. I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner.
