I brought the bike back in to have the throttle fixed and when they returned it, it was worse than before. The "mechanic" swapped the R1 ignition coils with R6 ignition coils and put a bad TPS in. After doing this, the bike no longer ran and the store ghosted me. I have now spent $100 on new coils and $500 on repairs. Would never recommend this shop.

I asked for a better price or discount and was told that the best they could do was to match the Polaris website. I told them that I had been given a discount in the past since I was shopping local and was a loyal customer. I was told they don't do that anymore. I asked for a manager and was told that there was no manager at the business, this was Thursday afternoon...a regular work day in the middle of the day, and when I questioned where the managers were I was told they were off. I requested that the employee call a manager and he agreed but then walked off so that there would be no chance I could speak to them. Later talked to a manager and he stated this was not a store for me. I agree. I will spend my $ elsewhere.

I've attempted to purchase bikes here twice, but walked away both times because their prices were significantly higher than Texas Harley and Fort Worth Harley. Most recently, on 6/26/25, I called looking for service specials. I was told about a 3-hole oil change with synthetic for $180 -- a deal that sounded too good to be true. I confirmed the details twice before booking a 5 PM appointment for 6/30/25. After fighting through an hour of traffic to get there, the first thing I was told was, "Whew, that's going to be pushing it." You're the one who scheduled the appointment. Then, I was informed there must have been a "miscommunication" and the quote was for a basic oil change only. For comparison, I called Texas Harley today -- they clearly quoted $199 for a 3-hole oil change and $295 with synthetic. Confirmed it with them four times. Longhorn, on the other hand, continues to waste my time and play games. This is the first review I've ever written, as I typically let things slide. But enough is enough. Every experience here has been a joke. I won't be coming back. Get your act together.

Today I called them for help since it wouldn't start and David talked me through some diagnostics over the phone. With his help we got it to fire right up and at no charge to me. This, along with the times they have picked up the bike from my house and/or rescued me from the side of the road, proves to me that they are in it for a long term relationship with their customers. I was looking for a few tee shirts for guys I used to work with back in El Paso. The gals in the clothing sales department were amazing - the shirts they have in stock right now rock! I also need help getting some riding gear for myself- I needed a lightweight jacket that had the protection in it in case I take a tumble- I came home with a great jacket!
