When i picked up the car and took it home there were imperfections on almost every panel, i was really surprised that they let it leave in the condition it was in. I took it back and they did some fix up and made it much better. There are additional issues and I will need to take it back again. Plus one of the cameras on the tesla is out of alignment now. I'm confident they will take care of things, but I'm honestly sick of needing to take it back for reworks. The entire hood is also less that perfect sort of waves lines on it. I'm taking it back again when I can. Really disappointing, they did PPF on another vehicle for me and it was perfect. When everything is confirmed solid, I will update this review.

His knowledge and communication made us feel confident in our choice. This place is amazing, Tony doesn't just do tinting. He also does audio, remote start, car wraps, and more. He's clearly very experienced at what he does. Since it was Black Friday, Tony also acknowledged it and gave us a deal that beat everywhere else in Fresno: $50 off our cement tint and of course a lifetime warranty! You can't beat that. We took the issue directly to the boat manufacturer, and thankfully they covered the replacement under warranty. Wanting to give the tint company the benefit of the doubt, we brought the replacement window back to them for the second tint job. Unfortunately, within ONE HOUR of leaving their shop, the replacement window shattered again. The window had been properly transported and handled on our end, and there was no damage from loading or unloading the vehicle. Instead of taking any responsibility or even showing concern, the company immediately blamed us, became extremely unprofessional, and even cussed at us during the conversation. At no point did they try to help resolve the issue or stand behind their work. Accidents can happen, but customer service and accountability matter. Being treated disrespectfully and blamed for a repeat issue right after service was unacceptable. I would strongly recommend others think twice before trusting this company with expensive glass or tint work.
