My wife had a seizure while driving…read moreand ended up in a corn field off oh hwy 43, The police had called hwy 42 garage to get our vehicle out and have it towed. I asked to have the car brought to our house and the tow truck driver was very rude and began raising his voice saying the spot in the driveway was an impossible spot to put the car which i said ok but that's the only spot i have for the car and he insulted my intelligence and also called the police in which the police were on my side and questioned the tow truck driver why is it that he couldn't put the car in the driveway? After straightening out the tow truck driver he decided he could put the car in the driveway and charged me $400. After i paid him they caused a lot more damage to my car and to our drive way. He even dropped the car off the ramp about a foot off the ground. Just disrespectful!!! Not only were my 3 kids in the car at the time of accident but my wife who had to be put in the hospital for 2 days afterwards and there was no compassion from these terrible people just complete disrespect and rude behavior. Think again and consider all other options before hiring this place for anything.
