When I told him I could not lift the cases he told his women employees to go carry them to my car. Same man used to always bring my cases of paper out as soon as I arrived for my curbside order. At the very least give your ladies a handcart and don't offer curbside pickup if you aren't going to respond to your notifications!

I know that normally when somebody has a delay in a product they need being delivered, that's a negative: but thanks to the staff here I still left with a positive outlook and even purchased two other pairs of frames here for my daughter: because i know if they aren't right: they'll make it right.
