Unfortunately I've been unable to go back since June 24th to talk to a manager about this. I feel like he was just saying it to get a sale of the subscription out of me. We use to do them but do to money constraints we have to limit how often we get car washes. It's pretty sad to receive something and be told we have to subscribe to redeem it.

My truck and RV came out dirty then when I pulled in. The 2 young guys who were there barely brushed it. The whole time we were in there there was a very strong odor of sewage and we had to turn the air off to stop gagging. I'm guessing that the water had dirty sewage in it and it was left all over my rig. Disgusting. Don't live very far from them and didn't go through a dirt pile to get home.
