Unfortunately I've been unable to go back since June 24th to talk to a manager about this. I feel like he was just saying it to get a sale of the subscription out of me. We use to do them but do to money constraints we have to limit how often we get car washes. It's pretty sad to receive something and be told we have to subscribe to redeem it.

Something that annoys me is when a business doesn't have a veteran discount, but that doesn't necessarily mean I won't do business with them. Something that really annoys me and DOES stop me from doing business with a business is when they do have a veteran discount then decide to discontinue it to save a few bucks. Home Depot made this mistake years ago and lost a ridiculous amount of money. So much so that they were forced to bring it back. I've heard that Bluebird was just purchased and that's when the discount went away. It's unfortunate because I live close to one of your locations and frequented it at least once a week with one of our vehicles. Until the veteran discount disappeared. So in trying to save a whopping $2 per wash, you're losing my $20 as I won't be using your wash anymore. I'm happy to drive a greater distance for another wash. I'll also let my Vet friends and family know.
