When the wash opened a few years ago, they had three big things going for them-- a reasonably effective car wash, friendly staff, and a good system for getting the cars through. With the new ownership, the first thing they did was get rid of some of the brushes, so they don't clean as well. I went through today, and they changed the system so now you get to fight for your spot in line. The staff isn't nearly as friendly either, probably because of the complaints they get about the other stuff. Reading other reviews, it sounds like the new owner couldn't care less. Wash broke my grille and foglight, manager refuses to do anything. Says his video "proves" preexisting damage, so basically called me a liar when I explained that we'd closely examined the foglights when buying the car only 4 days previous. Then went on to say they "don't repair 10 year old cars regardless". Wow, does that mean this happens all the time?? Ironically, I had mainly just wanted to vacuum before installing my new floor mats, an exterior wash was my secondary reason to go there. Now I'm out $10 for the wash plus $150 or so for parts! The employees are always friendly and helpful here. The wash is very good but if you have heavy dirt on the rear of your SUV I recommend spraying down the surface with a hose first. The wash does not clean this area as well as it should. I tried the new location on Caldwell Blvd. in Nampa next to Orchard Street. It is even better, providing compressed air to blow out crevices and all the plastic labels on your vehicle. read more

Epic wash is a great spot to get your car washed and vacuumed! They allow you to get your car washed multiple times as long as you remain on site and their epic $20 wash allows you to come back within 4 days to get it washed again. The staff are attentive and friendly. read more

My wife took our Toyota Highlander here and the brushes beat and scratched our paint. Also the rubber molding on the roof was torn loose. This is not the same quality as the Eagle epic car wash which does not scratch your car read more

If your car has an external antenna you can't go thru. They will demand you remove the antenna and "suggest" you buy a different one. That's what set me off. I told the manager (owner?) no and called him a bad name. He banned me for life. We went to this car wash today for the first time and signed up for a membership thinking it was a good deal. Unfortunately, it's far from it. I now have two dings in my car and the larger ding got scraped with something that caused the paint to peel back and bunch up. I'm 100% positive those marks were not there before the wash, it's a newer vehicle with less than 30k miles on it so there's basically no wear and tear to it. During the wash my husband and I both heard a couple of odd knocking noises on the outside of our vehicle and found the dings when we got home and out of the car. I tried to call this business 5 times about the issue and each time was just a busy signal. We will be canceling this membership ASAP and taking our business somewhere where the equipment is actually taken care of and where the company actually cares about their customers. read more

I had my car washed at a different place and then noticed the vacuum portion was closed. Finding theirs was open I offered to pay for a wash for someone else so I can use theirs, but they said vacuuming was free and let me in and I go it all done! Another employee who detailed cars showed me how to clean off another car's paint off of my car with their knowledge and it worked. I'd go here just for the service. read more

Should be called Epic Fail. They will "review" any damage to your vehicle made by their car wash and blame you the victim. Another "private" business that acts like they are a government court room. Not worth the risk to your vehicle because they won't be helping you. read more
