Here is your typical turn style medical! You send your paperwork in way in advance only to be told less than one week prior to your surgery, they won't clear you!! What a load of crap!!! Come to. Ind out the 'nurse' that works for my cardiologist was fired in the middle of my plan surgery; forgetting to notify me weeks out that I had to come see Dr Jones. Forget about trying to talk to YOUR DOCTOR, they do everything NOT to allow it. More nonesense. So now they're telling me that because of their own negligence and failure to comply with their own requirements, I may now have to put off 2 surgeries again because of their horrendous One on one! This place is nothing but a turn style operation; they fill their lobby with so many people it looks like at cattle call when you arrive. Think twice people about having that personal care from your cardiologist. At Centennial Heart you'll never feel that comfort. Remember it seems it's all about the $&$ so the more they see the less you feel comfortable. Moving to a new cardiologist!!!! read more

I'm visited this hospital after my dad had open heart surgery and so must say I was impressed. The cleanliness of this place is immaculate. My dad nurse was pleasant and the staff seem nice while i was present. Now what concerns me is the emptiness on the weekends. I entered through the garage and once I arrived in the lobby area no one was around to assist. There was this phone in the information booth area I had to call to find out where my dad was and how to visit him, so I was instructed via phone to go to a certain floor and she provided me with his bed number. You are allowed to come to the hospital and go straight to a room no security check point or badge issued. It was a little different from what I'm accustomed to but oh well. read more

The level of disinterest in patients here is absolutely absurd. These people kept stressing how important a monthly test was. So you change your schedule to get the test done. Lose work hours to get the test done only to be ghosted by Cardiologist and hospital staff afterward. No word , no refill of heart medication, no returned phone calls. Doctors don't give a damn people. If they did they would have thought for themselves rather than push a vaccine that killed all the lab animals it was tested on read more

This is an outstanding hospital. They are phenomenal from the big picture to the minutiae. Today, I was in for a follow up mri from surgery that I had a few months ago (which was an excellent experience). Upon checking in, I stepped on a spot of stickiness near the registration desk. It left a sticky residue on my shoe and I casually mentioned it to the attending registration nurse. Literally within 3 minutes she had a custodian there cleaning it up. Seems like a minuscule thing - which it is. But, I was impressed. This organization seems to really care - not just for the big important things but even the little details. If a hospital is that concerned about the little things - it is a pretty good indicator that they are obsessed with the big things. read more

I like this clinic and especially because Dr. Jeffrey Webber and his staff have kept me ticking through a couple of procedures. I go every six months and I am usually in and out in an hour or so. Dr. Webber spends plenty of time and I never feel rushed. This time I noticed that they appear to be reducing the size of the waiting area so I hope that won't cause a seating problem. I notice the coffee pot is still there though I never have taste-tested it. Heart irregularity is why I go there so why chance giving my system a caffeine overload just before an EKG? I appreciate the folks here and hope that I have many more appointments to make in the years to come! read more

FRAUD!! Stay away from this practice. My son (Vanderbilt U pre-med student) hasn't been there for almost a year and they billed for a visit six weeks ago. By their own records, he didn't have an appointment and wasn't there on the day he supposedly had the visit and ECG test. Yet, here I am, calling their offices more than eight times and no one will take responsibility to delete the charge. I won't even go into last year when he was hospitalized in the Tristar ICU for six days (did his classes and homework on Zoom the whole time) for a condition Vanderbilt Med Center cardiologists later said they never hospitalize healthy young people for. Way to bleed your patients. And now this fraudulent charge they refuse to deal with. My parents were physicians, my son is pre-med ... God help you if you ever get stuck in a practice like this. read more

This facility is a total rip off. I went to have a simple treadmill stress test and their charges to me were $2,277.00. I've been going there for years and have never been asked to pay that amount for a simple stress test. The part that's infuriating is that two weeks prior to my appointment, they sent me an estimate in the mail that stated the cost of the test would be a little over $200. Classic bait and switch move from them. The stress test is a simple 15 minute procedure on the treadmill with an ECG connected. The 12 leads that they use can be purchased for $1.48 each and I'm on a normal treadmill. Additionally, I had to make four calls into them before I could get someone to call me back. Once they have your money they no longer care about you. If I were to owe them money, you can bet they would be calling me every day to collect. It's unfortunate that the hospital feels the need to overcharge its patients for simple services because I really like my heart doctor; but I won't be back. They've received all the money that I will ever give them and I definitely will not have anything positive to say about them going forward. read more

Okay so if you have to be somewhere like this, this is the place to be. Nice waiting area with coffee, tvs and quiet nooks as well as a place to hook up your laptop. Oh and wireless. Staff is friendly. If you are the person that is bringing someone for an outpatient procedure you can actually stay in the room while it is being performed and watch tv or lay back in the recliner and take a little nap. If you so feel like it, I found the dining services to be quite good. They surprised me with how good it was considering I ate breakfast there while at the Heart Center one day and then lunch there the next day when accompanying someone else to a doctor's appointment. It was also nice that everything is so connected as I had a doctor's appointment over at The Frist Clinic the same day as my husband had his outpatient procedure at the Heart Center. read more

The staff are helpful and knowledgable. The doctors are great. Concerned with you and your family, not just your heart problem. The billing department is ready to help how ever they can. The convenience next to the hospital is great so I have been able to see my personal cardiologist in the ER. They know what is going on immediately. Their office also works well with many of the other offices in the Physicians Park. It helps keep all of the providers informed and up to date. I can't say enough good things about Centennial Heart. Friendly, Caring, and Compassionate staff AND Doctors make up this practice. My son has been very blessed to have Dr. McRae as his doctor. He is very kind, soft spoken and seems to really care about his patients. Unlike some of today's hurry and go doctors, he will sit and take time to answer questions and/or explain things.
