They have many loopholes in the lease that would allow them to kick out a tenant for any reason. They qualify the renters, check their credit, make sure they make enough income, etc. When maintenance requests come in, they handle them in a forthright and efficient manner, and bill us accordingly. Things went so well with the first rental, we bought another house and used HRS. Same great results. Since then, we have bought 5 more houses, for a total of 7. HRS manages them all and makes it easy. They even prepare end of year tax statements for our accountant which makes that easy too. Our renters often ask for improvements in our houses, which we routinely provide (new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryers, painting, etc.). This is a cost of doing business. First : Dog breeding/fighting and animal abuse to the point where I could not go into my yard because dogs were getting over the fence into my yard.
