Decided to stay at this spot for a small weekend getaway .. Check-in was a breeze. The frontdesk associates were truly friendly and informative of the area. This stay was so relaxing, enjoyed the room, and the price wasn't bad either. Enjoyed the history given about the hotel... This is a Must Stay again....

Great hotel and great pool area with a lazy river. We were pleasantly surprised after booking and staying here since Island View was sold out. We will be back!

This was an incredible quick trip for our family of four. The grounds were beautiful. Employees were friendly. The value is outstanding. The water park is for guests only. After a full day of waterslides and the lazy river. We grabbed an ice cream at the sweet shack and enjoyed the dancing water show in the evening before heading back to the room with a hot pizza from the Oasis grill. Can't wait to head back!

What a relaxing place! I wish I could live at the Centennial Plaza. This place had it all including a pool with a waterpark for the kids and a swim-up bar for the adults. Voila! The whole family is entertained! Also, the beach is right across the street; and the location is convenient if you're considering the overcrowded Biloxi hotels. The room was fantastic and luxurious! I was grateful for the huge bathroom and full-length mirror. The outside view was amazing too. They had a gigantic gorgeous fountain outside of my window! During the day it was fit for the White House. At night, it lit up like Disney World. It was difficult to leave the room. I actually wanted to vacation at the hotel. When you go on vacation, you want it to be worth the cost. Overall, I'd say it was money well-spent. There wasn't a frown in sight.

Stand in the Grand Centennial part of the resort, the Oasis is closer to the pool and a little More per room. We come once or twice a year and this has been the better experiences we have had. The rooms were very clean and surprising big. Pool area is always fun. Little tip for all the families, recommend getting two queen sizes beds for your room, it allows for up to 4 adults to have pool passes, and all children are included. Most times you can't check into your room until 3-4pm, but you have pool access from 9am-9pm on your check in day and your check out day and every day in between your stay! Only complaint is I wish they would start expanding their pool area, hopefully for the future!

    Cigg burns

We stayed here last year & loved it , came this May 17-19 they had to move us said our original building is under construction .. they then put us on 3rd floor with only one bed we needed two but they had a non pull out couch so we made it work .. the floor was completely stained all over , burn marks in 5 places on carpet , the chair was grungy and stained , shower drained all water into bathroom floor , causing tile to mold and also baseboard had black mold .. we let the front desk know but still haven't gotten a response . Being this is a resort and rooms run over $250 a night I would expect more out of condition of room . Pictures included .

    Dirty furniture

Honestly so let down. Was looking forward to this trip and when we got there the room was run down, the furniture has been excessively used, the carpet is matted and gross. For what you end up paying after all the hidden fees, this place is disappointing.I wish I had known I was going to be charged so much, being deceiving to your customers doesn't get them to come back. Also the invoice doesn't match what was charged to my card and trying to get a clear answer is a mess. I will never go back.

This hotel is dirty, feels empty and institutional. AC broken with NO resolution from staff except "you can check out." Blood on floor in lobby. Staff rude and unhelpful. Smells like marijuana and stagnant water. Loud train right next to hotel.

This place has some much potential minus the staff. This is our second stay here. The first time was for 1 night. We have since given the hotel a above and beyond review with or family, friends and Co-workers. This trip we book a 10 night stay. EVERYDAY thus far we had to ask for towels. WHEN housekeeping does comes in the morning they will leave "1 set "of towels for two adults. My husband went to the desk and was told about the sanitizing team didn't bring enough and we issued each room towels accordingly. Very dry and unconcerned. She had a so what attitude. This is not a good attitude for a front desk representative to have with customers. I suppose we are to bathe and dry off with the same towel. Not how I wanted to spend my anniversary.

Ok, let me start by saying that this new destination hotel resort is beautifully done! The property is gorgeous and the atmosphere is divine!! We visited for the Thanksgiving holiday. The staff members are very friendly and professional and they have made this a wonderful experience. The lobby in building one is very nice and has an exceptional wine bar. This is a very posh place to stay when you visit the Gulf Coast. There are large bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers and beds are heavenly. Only downfall is that there is a train track that runs parallel to the back of the property but there were no trains heard during the night. There's even a Chapel event center on the front of the property with a beach front view! I will definitely stay here for future visits!

This plaza is pretty nice. The price in the room was decent. $170 a night for the weekend . It has a pool, swim up bar, lazy river , two large slides , and kiddy pool area . It has a restaurant on site. Golf cart access for the use to travel on premises . The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is across the highway from the beach. This place was just remodeled: it stilll smells like fresh paint. Overall it is pretty decent.

Michael, who's family owns and operates this fine little Hotel & Bistro, seated us and took our drink orders. My wife and I were both enthralled with the unique art on the walls and Michael took us on a personal tour of the local and regional art that hangs in the building. Very impressive and tasteful. Classically hip. We learned of the history of the eclectic building, as well as the deep connection to his family's history. What a pleasant person and what an inspiring story. We even got peeks of two of the six suites. Sadly there were none available for that weekend. We returned to our table to find our Fried Green Tomatoes with crab meat Napoleon waiting. My MS Wife and I had gone all over Downtown two days before in search of Green Fried's and were surprised that even the comfort food spots in Gulfport did not have them. These were good, green, crisp and plentiful with a nice sauce and crab. Our grilled Trout Almanett arrived and we were very happy. Perfectly grilled, with well seasoned veggies and tiny, butterflied sautéed shrimp in a lemon herb sauce. Being from Louisiana, we were surprised that they got the spice right. I would eat this again and again. The Lunch portion was adequate and we did eat it again when we got home. (Actually my daughter stole it and gave me a few bites!) We also took some Cheesecake home as well. Very thick, dense, creamy with a crumbly, tasty crust. Excellence. Eat it 'naked' with no sauces needed. Each bite was two bites. Our server, Ashley, was cute, smart and attentive. She was professional, yet warm, and seemed happy to be there and aiming to please. Very refreshing. She even offered ice so our food would fresh to Louisiana. Pricing is exactly where you would want it for this quality of food and service. Don't tell Michael but they could increase that fish a little if they so desired. They were also running an AYCE Fried, Grilled or WhoDat shrimp Lunch special for some unreasonably low price. Their Lunch specials are very popular with the Professionals in Downtown. Maybe next time;.....I might break them eating Grilled Shrimp! All of this personal attention and service was provided without them even knowing it was our Anniversary. Oh, and ask about the Live Jazz night, I think on second Fridays...Thanks guys, for an awesome experience and meal.

It's a clean beautiful stay, the bathrooms are neat!thanks for that but little details like the ocean view is just a little sight between the houses in front, the continental breakfast it's actually its definition, some donuts, some fruits, juice and coffee. Try to ask the wifi password when u get there cause the guys are always around but theres not a front desk so u have to go down and find them to ask them and the reception is horrible (please put a little sign with the pass!) Also the toilet paper was almost gone (could be replaced before welcoming us)and the Kleenex box had just one..the one that was showing hehe. Some spoons for the coffee table in the room and the breakfast area as well. It's the little things what tell us paying more is worth it. I say is more a bed and breakfast than a boutique hotel. . If u are staying for long and want an area to fix or reheat food it's clear on the website :doesnt have kitchenettes..so check that out. Thanks for the hospitality
