I was also surprised by the relative warm water since we went there on a day that it wasn't quite as hot. We called ahead to ask if they are open and they said yes but didn't mention anything about just having lane swimming open right now. So when we arrived there we had to wait another 30min which we spend on the playground beside the pool before the recreational swim was opened. And there were a couple of people that had the same experience. So if you want to come here, call ahead and make sure that they are open for the swim that you are looking for, if it's lane swimming or recreational swim. Otherwise like I said they have a toddler slide and also a regular slide. They also have some water toys for the kids as well as big water tubes and life jackets and other floating devices. No food is allowed on the pool premises which we had to learn the hard way although it was confusing since they had tables and chairs which looked very inviting for eating your snacks. But they noticed us first when the kids already finished eating their snacks so it wasn't to bad, we were leaving anyway.

Easy spectator entrance with a wrap around viewing area with benches to sit on (no reclining chairs) without much shade, and you don't have to pay if you don't swim. Needless to say there are a TON of Screaming Kids. But if you can carve out a space away from them you just have to let kids be kids. The Desk Staff are friendly. The Location is away from the Roads and feels 'Private'. Trees add to that feeling. The Pool Area is clean. The Pool Water is clean. It's nice to be outside 2 years later after our worldwide pandemic. #Grateful

The pool chairs are comfortable and come with large umbrellas to protect you from the sun. They even have a covered, semi indoor section. Changing rooms are a bit small with shower area and sauna. Overall a great experience. We easily spent half a day lounging by the pool. It got a bit busy by the evening.

Today we had our sons 4th Birthday party there and they do an amazing job. They pretty much do it all for you. We brought a cake and a few nibbles for the parents. William was amazing with the kids. He runs his Department, and is definitely in the right line of work.

Maybe it was, "Our job is not to clean up your sweat." Regardless, I was followed into the locker room and there was an attempt to shame me after my work out. We had to park so far away from the fields we played on, the grass would have clumps left over from mowing, and worst of all goose poop EVERYWHERE! I would look like an idiot wearing black rain boots because I didn't want goose crap all over my shoes! These fields here at Clearfield are very well maintained. There is absolutely no goose poop or clumps of grass. Parking is a bit closer. There are a few well maintained tennis courts as well, a pool, and also a kids area with little water slides and such. I'm not sure what the policy is for using these, and I tried to find out on their website and got nowhere, but I do know it is open to all residents.

This pool has a baby area, a winding shallow end, a deep end with a diving board and another shallow end that acts as the outpost for the best free water slide in all of the land. A tall, yellow winding water slide that can make a grown woman squeal with childish delight. Beyond all of this, the deck is huge with equal parts shade and sun and a lovely mixture of families and adults. It's far less busy than the pool at Bathurst and Dundas.
