And the property manager Robert literally told me while I was signing my lease "if you see bugs, you probably brought them with you because we just sprayed. I should've left right then and there. My dishwasher was broken the ENTIRE time I lived there, no matter how many maintenace requests I put in and how many times I personally spoke with the office. In the winter, I hope you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle and a shovel. You'll be shoveling your own parking spot and your own road, even though that should fall under the property maintenance team. OH and get this, even though I haven't lived in that shithole for over a year now they are trying to come after me for "unpaid rent". The NEW PROPERTY MANAGER LISA, who wasn't even working there during my lease, is "going off records" to find anyone who might owe money. And since the previous property managers were shit, Lisa apparently thinks I owe her company money for rent i "didn't pay" in February. Keep your receipts if you choose to live here. And be prepared to share your unit with Roaches. ​

I have sent emails to them for over a year regarding dog waste everywhere even on balconies, dirty walls and hallways, frequent elevator breakdowns, and marijuana smells all the time. When I complained about the marijuana smoking in apartments, even though not allowed, I was told to call the police. I have extreme asthma, so it has gotten progressively worse since moving here. I've asked numerous times to be let out of my lease with no response. I'd love a lawyer or tv station to respond so we can get the help we need.

During my time there, a golf ball actually came through the glass of my car, causing damage. When I reported it, nothing meaningful was done. I also moved into a unit where the sink was already broken, which set the tone for the level of maintenance and care the property provides. The apartment itself had multiple issues. The air vent above the shower blows directly on you, making showers uncomfortable, and the front door never sealed properly, letting outside air and noise in. There were also ongoing issues with other residents. People at the pool were frequently disrespectful, and at one point a man looked through my third-floor window when the blinds were barely open, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. When it came time to move out, management charged me for a "prorated carpet replacement." They explained it once and then completely ignored every follow-up email I sent asking for clarification. Communication with management and the property owner was consistently poor -- they were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to address concerns. Overall, this place was poorly managed, unresponsive, and frustrating to deal with. I would not recommend living here.

He is constantly trying to charge tenants for things that are the company's responsibility such as parking lot repairs. The bookkeeping is always incorrect. On more than one occasion they have tried to charge us twice for rent. Repairs are minimal. I have been in my current unit for 8 months and the issues that I requested to be repaired on the move in report still have not been addressed. We had to switch units due to black mold infestation, he then tried to charge me for these repairs. WHAT A HORRIBLE PLACE!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE.
