A woman was working at the store at that time, and her response shocked me. She casually said that they've had issues before with dry cleaning these jackets. So you knew this was a risk... and still took my money... and didn't warn me? I asked what could be done to fix it, and she said nothing. No apology. No offer to re-clean it.
