I read a few disappointing reviews and I'm sorry they had poor experiences. I've had limited experience with them but both have been spectacular, and both have been tailoring. They are not the least expensive, but my previous experience with another cleaner/tailor in Hinsdale was so disappointing (ruined my garments by shortening them too much and didn't leave enough fabric for a correction) that I was delirious to have simple hemming done correctly and neatly. They've also been pretty nice to me...but again, the bar is set pretty low for me. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have had at a cleaners. The could not locate a pair of pants that cost me nearly $80. The owner asked me to come back after a while so that she could look for them. I came back a few days later, and she said that she couldn't find them, so my choices were: give them a month to look for them (wtf??) or take $50. I said I didn't have a month, as I don't live near here and anyway, I need them now. I also said $50 was not enough, as they cost me $80 (plus $4.95 to dry clean). She said $50 was an incredibly good price, and that it's "both our problem" so why should she have to take the majority of the loss? I said "because it's YOUR fault" but she just shook her head. She wouldn't even refund me the $4.95 I originally paid to have them cleaned. I walked away with $50 because had I stayed longer to argue, it would have cost me considerably more for my hospital fees. I lost $35 by choosing this cleaner. They saved me. Needed a shirt dry cleaned, lightly starched and boxed the day of drop off. The complied happily. Cost me $2.50 and came with a smile. Plus they recycle hangers! They also do alterations; I had them sew in a new zipper on my son's hoodie (I provided the zipper, they provided the heavy duty sewing machine) for $10. Not sure if it was a 'deal' but they did a nice job on my son's favorite jacket, and he's still wearing it two years later. Check them out. I'll definitely be using them again. read more

They need to update yelp and any other site they have listed as open on Sundays. I drove here on a Sunday only to get here and their sign says closed Sundays! Highly disappointed. read more

This cleaners is..."As good as it gets".... We have used them since they opened and they are wonderful. I have used them for large items (i.e. king comforter), coats of all types (down, puffy, even ones that had fur on them), and then definitely all of the "normal" things..sweaters, pants, shirts, etc. Their alterations person is FANTASTIC!!! Got my suit dry cleaned at this place for a wedding I was going to attend. When I took out the suit from the bag and put the suit jacket on I noticed there was a damage that looked almost like a burn mark from a cigarette. I went back to talk to them and they told me that the manager is coming after 6 pm and that i need to talk with her about this. After I returned to the store to talk to her she was trying to blame the damage on me, and was asking me if the suit is cheap (it was not $500). Then she told me that she will talk to the owner of the place so they can tell her what to do(I think she was the owner). She asked me what I am looking to get, in which I told her I need my suit replaced or reimbursed for the damage they caused to the suit. She took my number and told me that the owner is going to give me a call. The owner never called me. I had to stop by at least 3 more times to talk to the manager in a period of two months to figure out what is going on wit my suit. She give me the same response that the owner will call me. Never happened owner never called, I ended up with an expensive ruined suit($500), plus they never reimbursed me for the dry cleaning($25). Stay away from this place lesson learned for me. I'll take my business across the street to CD one price cleaners at least I think they have some policy to refund you if they damage your clothing. read more

I've gone here a number of times since I got fed up with the quality at CD 1 price cleaners. Willow Springs cleaners have never disappointed me. They are friendly. They get my cloths cleaned promptly. They have gotten what I had thought were impossible stains out. My wife even had her wedding dress cleaned and packaged here, and it turned out remarkable. As long as I live in the area, I will be going here. Highly recommend. read more

NEVER GO THERE!! I took a Vera Wang Gown there to be cleaned, and spoke with the owner who promised me they knew what they were doing and would not ruin the dress. I explained to them it was very expensive and that I had only wore it twice and needed it for a blacktie event. They said they have worked on gowns more expensive than mine and are very qualified to do the job. When I went to pick up the dress,it was horrible. NOT only did I not have anything to wear for the event, but they were so rude and argumentative. They said they would fix it and almost 6 weeks later, the dress looked even worse than the first time around. Not only did they ruin my $1300.00 dress that I only wore twice, but they wouldnt even give me my money back. The owner was very argumentative, telling me how they didnt ruin the dress. I will never never go back there. I am in the process of trying to find someone who can try to salvage what left of the beautiful gown. Please dont make the same mistake as me by trusting them with anything that you own... they will only ruin it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
