This is the best laundromat in Chicago . I actually drive out of the city to come to it. It takes me about 20 minutes but it's well worth it because of the price customer service they're wash and fold service that they provide. It's a no for me. Card style payment system, fine if you're going back. Added benefit my card got hacked on their vending machine, so I got to play with getting a new card at the bank. Dryers are not hot enough to dry in 1 cycle. Better and nicer spots in the area. Sorry I hate leaving such bad reviews but they need to do better. read more

This rating is for the Wheaton location. Much is great about the service, cleanliness, and payment system, so I wish I could leave a more favorable review. However -- a big problem: We wash our clothes scent-free due to a family member's asthma and allergies. Put in a load of laundry, used our own unscented Tide Free & Gentle liquid detergent, and the load came out strongly scented. I don't know if this is due to a previous person's load leaving scented residue, or if the establishment "freshens" the washers with something scented. We use this laundromat for heavy loads, or if we have a problem with our home machine. Unfortunately, we won't be able to patronize this location again due to the residual fragrance left in our laundry. It will take weeks or re-washing and hanging outside to try to remove it. Prior to the new ownership, we never had this issue. read more

A very clean nice place to do your laundry. I love the Large folding tables! Easy for me a guy to fold sheets by myself. Try out these folding like cubes they have on tables makes folding shirts a breeze. read more

I went to check this place randomly and now it will be a regular spot for me to do laundry. It's clean and has good working hours. My clothes were nice and did not get ruined at all. The owners are kind. $5 to wash and .25 cents per 6 minute dryer. Plenty of parking too read more

Chicago's best laundromat i'm happy to drive out of the city for a few extra minutes and come to this place because it's clean it smells fresh and it has exceptional customer service. The wash and fold service that they provide was carefully done. Their workers and staff have really good customer service skills. They're friendly and kind and they keep the place immaculately clean. It smells fresh when you go in and everybody else that was there washing their clothing and other stuff were in a great mood. It's always like that when I go there this time I did the wash and fold service and I was really happy with how carefully they folded my clothing and put everything in bags. It's so nice. I don't think I wanna go to any other laundromats in Chicago. Everyone here is nice and friendly but more than that they're really professional and they do a great job with your clothes and all of your laundry. read more
