They finally started giving me medication about 2 years ago, one of which actually worked, but stopped working after 9 months. Then they gave me an additional medication on top of the 1st one. The 2 together does blunt the pain a bit, but it's still around a 7 on the pain scale. Today I tried to refill one of my pills, but the pharmacy said I had to wait another day! As of tonight, I am out. I have 2 appointments tomorrow morning and I won't be able to go to the pharmacy until tomorrow mid afternoon! 2 pills I will miss because Dr Yang wouldn't let me have my pills on day 29. She doesn't care about my pain! I will avoid her in the future, and I suggest that others do too.

It took most of the next day calling and leaving messages to try to get something for the pain. Never got to speak to a doctor, but was prescribed some Tramadol which barely helped. The day of the procedure, Dr Yang was late, gave me a five minute explanation of what was next and afterwards stood in the doorway of the recovery room and said it went well. Apparently, it didn't go well and the pain continued. Spent the next day in agony trying to reach someone there for help. One one thier Lackeys finally called back and said Dr Yang wanted some X-Rays and prescribed a pain pill called Journavx​ which my pharmacy doesn't carry. I called Pima Pain Center and was told that I would have to find it on my own. On the day the stitches were removed I asked Dr Shiller what was next and was told that was all they could do and good luck. So, if your goal is to visit a Medical Industrial Complex with horrible communication and one phone number, this is the place for you. Personally, I'm now going to Barrow Brain and Spine to see if they can actually help me.

He performed a total hip replacement on my right leg 4 months ago and as a result my right leg is now one and a half inches shorter than my left leg. This is presenting the worst difficulty ever as it's putting unnecessary strain on the knee on my left leg to compensate. I went and had a CT scan done where both legs were accurately measured to determine the difference in length. Also I'm still experiencing pain from the operation this late in the game. His staff is incredibly rude and they don't follow through on their promises. I hope that anyone who reads this review takes it seriously and finds themselves a different hip or knee surgeon

Attention new patients: when they say you will not be able to see any other doctor than the one you are originally assigned to, they mean NO matter what. This policy is fine, but they don't even cover each other for vacations or other absences! I understand not allowing patients to just see other doctors as a matter of convenience but i am having trouble walking!! My pain is terrible..... I was instructed to go to the ER, which we all know is NOT the answer because I am not dying. That is what an ER is for. Broken, bleeding or dying. An Orthopedic office is for non emergency issues, like this. Here's what happened...... I've been on the cancellation list for a few weeks. I call on occasion to find out if there's been one, just in case. I always ask if it's okay to call back. The staff is super pleasant. But when they told me this morning that my doc is out of town for the next week+, I asked for an exception because I am in genuine and growing pain. I cannot sleep. Which means I'm fatigued. I have multiple sclerosis and that's a life changer for me. I was even OK with continuing to call next week hoping to get a cancellation but knowing that I have no choice but to live like this for the next week+ because of a "rule" is really upsetting. So yes I believe the policy means more to these people than patient care. I'll be changing my orthopedist which is a bummer because I really like Dr Gonsalvez. His first injections worked well. Thing is, my issue came back with a vengeance and in his absence he has no back up. I think I'd rather go to an office where the doctors work together as a team.

Did not get walker until 5 hours before surgery. Did not send script in for anti biotic for teeth cleaning after surgery. He said how was he to know I was to my teeth cleaned. I had to gag down 4 anti biotic horse pills while laying back in dentist chair. When I asked him for different pain pills he ordered 8(eight) pills one every six hours for 7 days. He said he'd send this script to Costco but after 8 hours found out he sent it to Walgreens. The reason he these things was because I cursed. He said I used profanity. When my knee was killing me I spoke colorfully about the pain. Never directed at anyone!!!! He also said I should have called the office about only getting 8 pills which I did not do because I was embarrassed to be in pain.

He spent a good hour with me asking a zillion questions while slipping in "is there anything else at all that you want to mention?" (in case his questions didn't encompass everything) several times, and then did an in-depth physical exam of reflexes, sensory, etc. He was really thorough and a STARK contrast to the neurologist I saw for the same issue a year and a half ago who spent 5min with me after waiting 4mo for the appointment. Would HIGHLY recommend this doctor who very clearly exercises his profession with real conviction.

I can't say enough good things about our interaction with him. Originally when my husband saw him the x-rays indicated that the wrist was just fractured, so he was fitted with a removable splint. However, he asked my husband to come back in two weeks to retake x-rays since there was so much swelling. Dr. Becker wanted to be sure it was healing properly. When my husband went back it, and the swelling had gone down, the x-rays actually showed it was broken, so he put a cast on it. Six weeks later it was completely healed. He was very thorough with my husband's care and has a great bedside manner. We would absolutely recommend Dr. Becker.

The physical therapist commented that I was walking very well (with a walker) considering I'd had surgery just 2 days earlier. Post surgery I took recommended doses of OTC painkillers the first night and day and felt no pain. I did not need any painkillers after that. I found Dr. Petrow easy to talk with. He provided clear explanations of what the surgery entailed. Unlike some other reviewers I did not find him to be arrogant or obnoxious. The office is well run and efficient.

Very quickly, he told me he could not do the surgery because my BMI was too high and told me to come back when I lost weight. He is rude and caustic. Maybe he is a good surgeon, but I am betting it's hard to get past his personality and god complex to get to the surgery part.

Mr. Judkin's is a very thorough provider he listens carefully to ones concern's and runs testing as needed. He was able to diagnose a condition previously missed by other providers. He has made a tremendous difference in my life. I lost nearly all my coordination in my hands and he convinced me to start painting (I had never picked up a brush my whole life). It was truly a Godsend, I enjoyed it and was often able to work through pain. There definitely isn't a magic bullet, but he has been able with traditional medications and shots and unconventional treatments like paint that has really helped. I'm still in a lot of pain, but my overall health considerably better. If you're looking for a physician who will certainly put just as much in to your care as you, Mr Judkin's is my recommendation. However, this is NOT a provider that is going to prescribe medication that isn't warranted. They run a very professional operation. I have lived with chronic pain for many years; I have seen the Good, Bad, & Ugly with pain clinic. This is a great provider. If you have chronic pain or a condition causing severe pain I definitely recommend Mr Ken Judkin's.
