We are very grateful to Dr. Saleh who made my dream of becoming a mother come true. I and my husband have started our infertility treatment journey since 2019 at another clinic. We went through 3 times of IUI and finally IVF in June 2022 but we were not successful. Unfortunately in that IVF time, we only had 1 good embryo to transfer. After we failed, we had to start from scratch. I started going Google search and looking for information and I found information about Dr. Saleh, I have read very carefully each review about the experiences of those who have been treated here have left, that gave me more confidence to contact Dr. Saleh for our new journey. This IVF journey, we have 3 good embryos to transfer. The first time I had an embryo transfer was in November 2022, I was extremely hopeful when every day there were more positive signs that the experiences of my predecessors had successfully transferred embryos. By the day I did the blood test, the result was that I was not pregnant. I was really disappointed then I emailed Dr. Saleh, to say I'm really disappointed because I thought I'm going to get pregnant this time. Dr. Saleh patiently explained and sat down with us to find out why, he is very careful not to squander the precious remaining embryos. I know there are many people who have transferred embryos many times (8-10 times) but all have failed, but there are people who have only successfully transferred embryos for the first time, because we will have different causes for difficulty getting pregnant, but experience doctor will help us find the right cause quickly. Dr. Saleh has more experience in treatment, so he finally helped me find the cause. On my second embryo transfer, I was successful, and I am now six weeks pregnant. Being pregnant for the first time, I had a lot of surprises and worries, but Dr. Saleh and Kacie always help me a lot, Kacie replied me very quickly even during her day off, Maria also supported me very well during Kacie's leave. Dr. Saleh and his team are very professional and I was taken care of like their family member, they're happy when I was transferred the embryos successfully. Today the baby is a little bit older and we can hear his heartbeat . I was referred to Dr. Saleh in 2019 by my gynecologist, to learn more about the egg freezing process. When I met with him then, he was very personable, knowledgeable, and educated me on the process. I walked away feeling comfortable with proceeding, if I decided to move forward. I decided not to move forward at that time and in 2021 I was ready to start thinking about moving forward with the process. Since my initial consultation in 2019, I had moved and decided to find a fertility physician closer. The experience was nothing compared to my visit/interaction with Dr. Saleh, and I wanted a personable relationship with the facility, as well as prompt communication. So, I decided it was worth the drive to go back to Dr. Saleh. When I met with Dr. Saleh again, it was like picking up from my 1st consultation. Dr. Saleh and Nurse Kacie were absolutely amazing, and I cannot imagine going through this process with another doctor. A few months before I started the egg retrieval process, they both took the time to answer my long list of questions and were very attentive. Nurse Kacie was patient and prompt, in responding to my emails before and throughout the injection process. During my appointments, Dr. Saleh was very personable, proactive in informing me what was going on and his personality made me feel so comfortable. The days leading up to the egg retrieval I was over the process mentally, but the staff made me feel so welcomed and supported during my appointments. I would give 10 stars if it were an option! From the first phone call and first visit through my last, Dr. Saleh and his entire staff were nothing but WONDERFUL. The infertility journey can be one of the most difficult times in a person's life and I am so thrilled that my journey led me to Dr. Saleh. We moved to Dallas a couple years ago and had been struggling to conceive so after thorough research (I spend countless weeks reading reviews) we decided on Sher Fertility Institute and Dr. Saleh. Gosh, we truly lucked out!! I need to say that I would feel exactly the same way about Dr. Saleh and his staff even if I had not been lucky enough to get pregnant. My husband and I had moved to Dallas for a 2 year work contract so we knew that it was temporary and my only wish would have been that I went to Dr. Saleh sooner! I felt comfortable every step of the way, through testing and a couple rounds of IUI. I was never left in the dark about anything nor did I feel pressure to make a decision about treatment. Dr. Saleh simply explained options so I could understand and put the ball in my court. I truly knew I was in control of the route that we took. Now, I will say, we are leaving Texas in a couple days and I found out I was pregnant about a Month ago all thanks to Dr. Saleh and his staff! The nurses are all fantastic and easy to talk to. DON'T LOOSE HOPE!! GOD HAS PLAN. Dr. Walid Saleh & his staff is absolutely amazing! Dr Walid has been an supportive, caring and positive throughout our journey. Before I met him I was almost lost my hope after few unsuccessful IVF and took a pause due to financial and mental burden, but something inside me & my husband who always wanted to have a child, we decided to meet Dr Walid Saleh, I think it was not us but the faith has decided for me when I met Dr Walid he discussed all my reports & history and took time to understand what could have been wrong on my last procedures. After few days he called me and he was full aware about my details and sounds like he really studied my case and trying to help me. I decided to go with him for my treatment. It took us little time to get financially better and started my treatment journey with Dr Walid Saleh. From the day one his sweet gesture and kind words bring more n more hope in me. "Mom" - An amazing title that every women would expect to. Its a fundamental right of every woman to conceive and have a baby, an unrivaled experience to continue through the journey of motherhood. The bare minimum dream every couples have to become parents by having babies which will be a reflection of both. But for few, this dream is shattered to have baby naturally due to several health reasons. We are one of those. After struggling for few years and going through the physical and mental trauma of all kinds, we were blessed to finally find a doctor like Walid Saleh from Sher Institute of Reproductive Medicine (Dallas). God gives life but sometimes we need a messenger of God for that push to bring that life to this world. And Dr. Walid Saleh is the same for us. There was a point of time when we almost lost hope, but its Dr Saleh who continuously kept our hopes alive by encouraging and motivating us by his treatments. He is a super expert in what he does, a lively and energetic doctor. Dr. Saleh and his nurse Heather are wonderful people. Dr. Saleh took his time to explain everything at every one of my visits. I never felt rushed like I do with other clinics. Any questions or concerns I had, I can just email Heather or Dr. Saleh and they responded within hours. As with other clinics, it is very difficult to get anyone to call you back. I was very nervous on my first visit, which was the consultation visit to understand my options for IVF. Dr. Saleh was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained all the options, which I didn't know were available, and was very honest. He made sure that I understood all my options and answered all my concerns and questions. After the consultation, I knew he was the right fertility doctor for me. Throughout the entire IVF process, both Dr. Saleh and Heather were always there to answer my questions. Because I am older, IVF wasn't as easy as it would have been for someone younger, but Dr. Saleh and Heather were with me all the way and what ever I needed, they were there. I was able to conceive on my first IVF! I am now with my regular OB-GYN. Even though I am with my regular OB-GYN now, I can still reach out to Dr. Saleh and Heather with any concerns and questions and they respond within hours. Dr. Saleh is the best and I highly recommend him! Dr. Saleh is very knowledgable and very passionate about helping to grow families. He helped me in many ways. A few years ago, I had a large fibroid that every doctor I saw, strongly recommended I have surgery to take it out. Dr. Saleh was the only doctor who recommended for me not do surgery so that I can increase my chances of getting pregnant. He did not just give me facts, but took his time explaining things to me, and even showing me data to back up his recommendations. I listened to him and did not remove my large fibroid. Turned out that he was right and I ended up getting pregnant naturally soon after, with my now 3 year old. After that, I experienced several miscarriages and had some fertility issues. Again, Dr. Saleh helped me every step of the way with my fertility treatments, IVF and with his expert medical advice as we navigated challenging times. He always did what was best for me and I could always sense he sincerely wanted to help me have a baby - and that he did. I could never say as many positive things about a doctor as I can say about Dr. Saleh and his staff. After a poor experience with a different fertility doctor, my husband and I booked an appointment with Dr. Saleh. Immediately after our first consultation, we knew he was the doctor for us! Not once were we rushed through an appointment. We always had the opportunity to ask as many questions as we had whether it was in person, over the phone, or over email. Dr. Saleh is the only doctor I have ever emailed that emails you back within the same day. The same goes for your personal nurse that you are assigned when undergoing the IVF process. My nurse Maria was always quick to respond and very thorough when I reached out with a million and one questions. It was so relieving to be able to know there was a constant line of communication during one of the most stressful phases. It was also relieving to feel that you were truly cared about. We never felt like we were just another patient writing a check. We had to drive 4 hours to every appointment and it was worth it every single time. Dr. Saleh and his team is amazing. I had a fail IVF cycle at another clinic with bad experience. That clinic made me to handle insurance myself and asked me to pay a lot of cash out of pocket. For my second cycle, I felt blessed that I found CRE and Dr. Saleh. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me all situations could happen and gave me hope on my second cycle. He and his team are very responsive on emails and phone calls. While my first one at another clinic gave me a lot of headache, Dr. Saleh's office was very professional and took good care of everything from insurance to all my medicines and appointments. I was in peace and ready for my new cycle at CRE. Fortunately, I got pregnant naturally a month before my IVF treatment cycle. Dr. Saleh and his nurse, Maria, were happy for me and made sure everything is good before he discharged me to my Obgyn. He did 2 ultrasounds for me himself and confirmed everything is going well. Dr Saleh and his entire team have been amazing during our infertility journey. I have been a patient since 10/2017 and had many downs while in his care. But I'm happy to announce we are finally expecting twins! Dr Saleh bedside manner is beyond any rating I could give. He has hugged me when I'm crying and laughed with us in our happiness. My IVF nurse was Heather, without her we wouldn't be we're we are today. She was so much more than just a nurse. She has been so amazing to our family and always so helpful in finding ways for us to push on in our journey. Claudia my best little vampire, the one to always lift my spirits and make me smile. I've feel like part of her family. Meeting her when she was pregnant with her 3rd baby and her always sharing updates about him has truly been a blessing. I could never properly put into words how much Dr. Saleh and his staff are a Godsend! My husband and I had been trying for over a year to conceive and had no luck. We went to Dr. Saleh for answer and we got possible answers at the very first appointment. After some routine testing, we were directed to the IVF route. Although we were thrown back at first because we did not expect to have to do IVF, Dr. Saleh and his staff made us feel SO at ease and really walked us through every step of the way. By the grace of God (and most likely with help from the HSG test ran by Dr. Saleh), we ended up conceiving naturally and did not end up having to complete our IVF cycle with Dr. Saleh. Although we were very blessed, Dr. Saleh and his staff made sure everything was okay before releasing me to my OBGYN and were adamant that if I needed anything they were there to help. If you have been trying to conceive and need an amazing infertility doctor, Dr. Saleh is definitely who I recommend without a doubt! Dr. Saleh and his staff are the best.Thanks to him i am currently 8 weeks pregnant with twins. I am 45 and did donor egg IVF. I have been to at least 6 other fertility clinics over the last 3 years. All of them were very negative because of my age. I always left feeling depressed and felt like it was just a business transaction. Dr.Saleh was honest but very encouraging and positive. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Saleh and his team. I was referred by my OB, and instantly knew I was in the best care I could have imagined. My husband and I had a difficult long 5 year journey of trying to conceive, and thought it might not be possible for us. Dr. Saleh made us feel so comfortable and let us know he would do everything he could to help us. He was honest in every step of the process and stayed positive when even at times I was not. After our first IVF, we were successful (with a few complications along the way, that Dr.Saleh and his staff were angels about) we are almost 8 weeks with our first baby. Dr Collins is the best doctor I have ever met! He is super knowledgable and gives all advice based on scientific research facts and data. He keeps up with all kinds of cutting edge treatments, research and makes the best decision for each case. He explains everything to a perfect amount, I tend to worry a lot when it comes to medical treatments, Dr. Collins always calms me down with his precise explanation and sharp observation. My husband and I went to Dr Saleh with a very anxious minds. I have PCOS and 3 of my previous fertility treatments had failed. Dr Saleh looked at my previous medical records and told me that i did not even need injections or ivf or even any more blood testing, if i was ok to try a simple medication which would make me ovulate. And... it worked! His diagnosis was spot on.I got pregnant on my 2nd try with pills that he recommended and now we have a 6 weeks baby with a healthy hearbeat! The entire staff is very welcoming and Dr Saleh will answer all your questions with utmost patience and optimism. The nurse Heather is also extremely caring and patient.I had a scare at 5 weeks where i had little blood. I emailed Heather and got an immediate call back and within 30 minutes the doctor was able to check me for any signs of abnormality. I would highly highly recommend Dr Saleh. Dr. Saleh and his team were so supportive, caring and positive throughout our journey. My nurse, Lisa was wonderful and answered any questions or concerns via phone calls or emails promptly. After being diagnosed with infertility and having no success locally, I drove from Louisiana to Dallas to see Dr. Saleh. I was a tough case to say the least. I have stage 4 endometriosis, blocked tubes, ovarian cysts and adenomyosis. I have had 1 fresh IVF transfer , 3 FET transfers , 2 of which resulted in chemical pregnancies and I'm now 8 weeks pregnant after my 4th transfer! He explored every option to help me reach my goal of achieving a viable pregnancy. His positive attitude was very comforting because it's so easy to lose hope when going through infertility. The team at CRE is amazing. I moved from a different clinic after having problems with that team and the CRE team was nothing but welcoming and kind. Doctor Collins listens to what you have to say and will work with you to find a solution, you don't feel rushed to make choices or during appointments if you have questions or concerns, and he will walk you through the treatment plans as many time as you need. I was assigned a nurse (Kacie and then Lisa) that I could call or email with questions and she never made me feel like my concerns were silly or annoying like I other clinics have made me feel. The embryology team is open and friendly, will answer any questions you have during your treatment. Billing team is friendly and quick to respond to questions and if there was a problem they look into it right away and don't make you wait forever for a solution. When I first came here I didn't feel very hopeful, as I was 35 and had never been pregnant. Dr Saleh is the nicest doctor I've ever had, probably in my whole life. I responded to treatments quickly! My first visit was in december and i've already "graduated" with a healthy little fetus at nearly 6 1/2 weeks. My husband and I LOVED the care he provided, and he makes you feel very comfortable and listens to all my concerns, but also has a great sense of humor when you need it! Overall a very awesome guy. I'm actually sad to leave him to return to my normal prenatal care! His staff is also amazing and was very supportive through the whole process. Will definitely see him for baby number 2.
