The Frederick Kaiser pharmacy sucks, they are not consistent with filling prescriptions and wait…read moretimes. One month they fill at 28 days and the next month they fill at 30 days which is far from consistent plus they send you text messalegs with inconsistent information. I received a text message this morning from Kaiser that said would fill on 3/6/25 (today is 3/6/25). To be sure I called the pharmacy and they said they were working on filling the script. Then I get another text message that said they would fill on 3/7/25 (ok now I'm confused). So I call the pharmacy again to clear up my confusion and ask to speak with a pharmacist who precedes to tell me now they won't fill it until 3/8/25!!! Now I'm completely confused and a little angry now at this point. So now I'm forced to drive to Gaithersburg on Saturday ( which I was supposed to be out of town with my husband) to fill a prescription that I should have gotten today.

How the nurse helped my mom and her boyfriend to get every single piece of info that they needed to be ok with leaving and going home after surgery. I took the MA class, and all my teachers were amazing, they responded in time and even went above…read moreand beyond to explain to me how certain things would work. I joined the online program before reading the reviews, after I read them I was kind of hesitant and I felt like I had wasted money and time in a program that would get me no where, but I decided to finish the course anyways. Once I did I was contacted by the clinical coordinater, and she set up a place for me to do my clinicals. I am starting my externship and could not be more excited. The coordinater even went as far as explain the process step by step to me from when she got the contract at the hospital I would be starting in to when my start date would be. I have not regretted joining this program. I am currently easing into the program by working at the clinic as a receptionist and once I start they have worked with my schedule to do clinicals in the morning and work receptionist in the afternoon.

She recognized her from previous visits and made sure she understood her next steps. My aunt is older and needs a doctor whiling to take their time with her. The stars are based on the staff before you get to the doctor. Even though they were in there they didn't come to unlock the door until 8 am on the nose. Her appointment was at 8. After the paperwork we didn't get to the back until about 8:20am. We were the only people there. The door should be opened 5 - 10 minutes early so people can be going back closer to their appointment time. The MA was not very friendly even with my aunt asking how she was doing she just sighed and said good with her back to her walking away. She was obviously having a bad morning but she should be better with patients. She was very dry and uninterested. Update: The practice reached out and they will be revising the time they open the doors in the morning and speaking with staff about demeanor when dealing with the patients.
