I do enjoy getting phone reminders of appointments and updates on labs online, if needed. I have seen nearly every doctor in the practice and truly adore, not just like, all of them except one. Dr. Martin & Dr. Ott are incredible! Dr. Nouveau is to be avoided. She is dismissive, judgmental and has zero bedside manner. She assumes so many things about you without even asking you any questions. I left all four of my appointments with her feeling like absolute garbage. I then found out in a moms group that many patients in the practice do not like her, which is why her schedule is always so open. I pray she is not on call when I go into labor. My only other gripe is they do run steadily behind schedule. Expect to be seen 20 to 30 minutes after your appointment time. Longest I've ever waited is 50 minutes. I have just figured that into my time schedule, but if you are a new patient it can throw you. I do like that labs are done in-house, and done quickly. The phlebotomist is a wonderful woman and is very easy to work with.

Same issue with Billing as other person said about being sent to collections even after paying. When called to inform this we were told that person wasn't able to reach the billing and that she wasn't responding. Not sure why people are going to this place. This is very dangerous, and can ruin people's credit history and life. Worst scenario that anyone could imagine. Does anyone know a way to sue this place without paying much to the attorney?

One month they fill at 28 days and the next month they fill at 30 days which is far from consistent plus they send you text messalegs with inconsistent information. I received a text message this morning from Kaiser that said would fill on 3/6/25 (today is 3/6/25). To be sure I called the pharmacy and they said they were working on filling the script. Then I get another text message that said they would fill on 3/7/25 (ok now I'm confused). So I call the pharmacy again to clear up my confusion and ask to speak with a pharmacist who precedes to tell me now they won't fill it until 3/8/25!!! Now I'm completely confused and a little angry now at this point. So now I'm forced to drive to Gaithersburg on Saturday ( which I was supposed to be out of town with my husband) to fill a prescription that I should have gotten today.

The stars are based on the staff before you get to the doctor. Even though they were in there they didn't come to unlock the door until 8 am on the nose. Her appointment was at 8. After the paperwork we didn't get to the back until about 8:20am. We were the only people there. The door should be opened 5 - 10 minutes early so people can be going back closer to their appointment time. The MA was not very friendly even with my aunt asking how she was doing she just sighed and said good with her back to her walking away. She was obviously having a bad morning but she should be better with patients. She was very dry and uninterested. Update: The practice reached out and they will be revising the time they open the doors in the morning and speaking with staff about demeanor when dealing with the patients.
