I sent her a text to schedule my appointment and she gave me a call back to discuss my options and take a deposit. The day of my appointment I came in wearing makeup (none on my brows) and I brought makeup for a touch up after Niki finished. We spent about fifteen minutes discussing procedure would work best. Then Niki thoroughly mapped out the perfect shape for my face. She stopped occasionally to ask me if it was a shape I liked. She then applied numbing cream and as it was taking effect we discussed my color options. After the the numbing cream had taken effect we moved into a private room where I laid on a massage table, put on my headphones and laid back and let the magic begin. Niki switched between brows, so it never became too painful. We also took a break midway through the procedure. Before I knew it we were finished. Niki gave me an aftercare kit and explained how to care for them as they healed. I had a little redness and a slight burning sensation, like a sunburn, nothing too bad and it only lasted for a couple of hours. I will go back in a week too have them touched up. My brows have changed my life, seriously, not having to spend 20 minutes every morning trying to make sure my eyebrows match, not worrying I'll lose them during the day, and having them on days I am not wearing make up is amazing. I can't stress how I much I love them. If you are considering having yours done, go see Niki, you will be sooooo happy you did!!

This was one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had…read more Before my appointment even began, I clearly communicated that I wanted bangs and showed a reference photo. I specifically said that I know bangs are tricky and that if the stylist was not comfortable, I did not want her to do them. She assured me she could. She could not. She cut my bangs far too thick and far too wide--essentially from ear to ear--and then, in what felt like a panic, over-thinned them trying to fix it. The result is uneven, stringy, misaligned sections with different lengths, and hair that now starts much farther back on my head than it ever should. This is not a minor mistake--it fundamentally altered the structure of my haircut in a way that cannot be quickly corrected. To make matters worse, she was late to my appointment, and there was no acknowledgment or remedy offered for that. The lack of professionalism continued when I raised concerns. I was told, "it's not a big deal, it will grow," which is incredibly dismissive considering I have multiple family events and travel coming up, including a professional photoshoot. When I spoke to the owner, the response was, "what do you want me to do about it?" There was no accountability, no attempt to meaningfully fix the situation, and no care for how this impacts me beyond the salon chair. While I was not charged for the haircut itself, I still paid $80 for color--and that is the least of what this has cost me. This experience has cost me confidence, comfort, and peace of mind during important family moments that I cannot redo. This was never about saving $20 on a haircut. I paid far more than that in the aftermath of this experience. Mistakes can happen. But poor skill combined with dismissiveness, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. I would not recommend this salon to anyone, especially for precision services like bangs.

Jimmie is fixing her up and she will see a podiatrist in Arizona when she gets back. Once she is healthy she can find a reputable technician for long term care. I didn't like that bait and switch. It should have been communicated that Karen wasn't available. I was very uncomfortable during the 11/2 hr pedicure. The way it's set up just is odd. The bowl kept slipping so I was trying to hold it so it didn't slip which hurt my legs. The opposite of what a relaxing spa experience should have been. I had two toe nails that were broke so to keep my nails even she left them completely uneven. No communication at all. She should have said since your 2 nails broke do you want me to cut the others down to make these 2 straight or keep them long and these 2 will be crooked. But she didn't speak at all. At all. I asked her to do a 3rd coat since it was streaky. She needed it to dry before putting on a topcoat. At that time my pedicure was over 90 mins already and I had an appt after my services, so I suggested that we start my manicure and then put the top coat on after my manicure. She said no she couldn't do that. No discussion just no. So I skipped the top coat. Definitely just get cozy not cozier or coziest. The towel was cold in a few minutes but she was gone for the 5 mins it was on and the massage was too soft. I decided to just get a cozy manicure. My manicure turned out ok but no scrub nolotion at all. That just seems weird. I was there for 2 1/2 hrs but would have been there for 3 if I didn't downgrade. All for an uncomfortable, subpar service. Not again. Oh and it was Valentine's Day week and not one person came in or called the entire time I was there. Odd. Or maybe not so odd after my experience.
