1 Star - Extremely Unprofessional and a Complete Waste of My Time I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I called ahead and explained to the receptionist that my vehicle was not drivable. Despite knowing that, she instructed me to have it brought in and scheduled me for a 9:00 a.m. appointment. After going through the hassle and expense of arranging transportation for an undrivable vehicle, I arrived only to be immediately told, "Unfortunately, you'll have to wait another 2-3 weeks." If there was no availability to inspect or work on my vehicle, that should have been communicated before I was told to bring it in--not after I had already made the trip. The lack of communication and complete disregard for my time was incredibly frustrating. A simple phone call could have saved me the inconvenience, yet no one seemed to take responsibility for the mistake. I expected much better customer service and professionalism. We're really frustrated with the experience we had with Eric at the Center Square body shop. We had to bring our car back twice for issues that weren't fixed correctly, and now we are dealing with a new problem. First, they missed fixing the brake light, then they did a sloppy job installing the wheel liner, causing annoying wind noise. Now, the undercarriage liner is sagging. We are losing trust in their work and will be taking our own car to a Tesla dealership. Despite previous good experiences, their recent work has been subpar, and we are not willing to risk it. Where's the quality control?? read more

I had some minor "dings" on my car and used planned vacation as the time to schedule work. Butch and his colleagues provided EXACTLY the service I look for! I prefer to do business with small, independently owned, local firms who appreciate my patronage. I did not obtain competitive quotes because I don't want to do business with the cheapest service firm; good people expect to be paid the going rate and I want to support good people. I called after hours and left a voice mail upon my return to the US. My "newly fixed" car was waiting for me upon my return. It doesn't get any better than that! read more

My car was involved in the weirdest accident when a truck went out of control in our neighborhood and crushed the back end of my car, went around, hit the garage and then my car again. Center Square Motors diagnosed all the damage, including what was done to the frame, and completed the extensive repairs by the date they promised. Came across 2 of the employees of this company, in their uniforms, on lunch. They didn't like my driving. Ended up threatening and screaming at me. I visited the business to discuss with the owner who was SOMEWHAT apologetic after I told him I had dash cam footage. Then the manager, Scott comes out and gets in my face in a very threatening manner, tells me he isn't going to do anything about their behavior because they were off the property and that he was going to call the cops to have me removed. I explained to him that I could leave voluntarily and he again threatened to have the police come. I again asked if he would like me to leave and he pointed at the door and while gritting his teeth said "GO!" The owner should realize, had his manager not come out and been confrontational, it could have gone differently. But this left a taste in my mouth for this place that says we don't need businesses that employe this type of individual in our neighborhood. This place is obviously full of hot-headed, unprofessional folks. I can't imagine how they'd act with a complaining customer. Classy place. I hope their craftsmanship is better than their behavior or heaven help anyone whose car they touch. read more

Butch and his crew are very professional, do excellent work and often go above and beyond with little extra details which significantly enhance the looks of the autos. Their pricing is very competitive and very reasonable . I have been taking all of my family's cars there for over 20 years , including four BMWs two Acuras and a Lexus. READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW: My review is a mixture between the overall experience I had with Center Square Motors, as well as the overall execution of repairs completed. As far as the experience, I make mention of Dale, who was in charge of overseeing my car. Dude is a great guy in general and was always friendly when discussing matters relating to my vehicle being completed. The only complaint I have about this aspect of my experience is the unrealistic "promise date" given to me with the evaluation. The car underwent surgery late November and was given a "promise date" of Dec 16. I did not pick up my car until January 6th. Given the time of year my car arrived (which happens to be deer season) I didn't mind much, but would have appreciated a heads up prior to me inquiring about pickup of my vehicle the week of De 16. As far as the work done to my car, huge shoutout to the guys over there. Car looks great, paint match was on point given the 2-3 step process for a pearl paint, as well as the rest of the mechanical/cosmetic work performed. I would highly recommend anyone to use this company, especially if you have State Farm insurance (they fall under their "select repair facilities", which grants a lifetime warranty on all work done). read more

Having a father who is a mechanic leaves me very skeptical about auto repair. I'm not used to paying such high prices for repair. But a recent but expensive visit to Center Square has left me feeling good about this place. They seem honest to me. What proved it to me was their looking at a brake job (done at another garage) and assessing the job as done poorly and rushed. They fixed the problems from the previous garage and did other repairs for inspection for LESS than the quoted price. I think they have won me over. read more

I can't say it's ever a good experience when you have to get your car repaired. However Center Square Motors did a great job and I figured I'd give them a nice review. Mainly because of their customer service. A tree fell on my car in West Chester but I live in Norristown. Ron drove his tow truck all the way to West Chester, picked up my car, and brought it back to his shop in Blue Bell. Lucky for me the car was covered by insurance. DO NOT GO HERE AFTER ACCIDENT WITH INSURANCE CLAIM!!!! Center Square Motors is completely in bed with the auto insurance companies due to the volume of business they pay for at CCM. We took our SUV there after a significant front end collision and CCM did not diagnose or repair the vehicle to its before accident condition. CCM has refused to take the car back to diagnose and repair the issues they missed or ignored initially and won't do anything without insurance company say so. The insurer of course wants to ignore as much as possible and pay for as little as possible. It's clear CCM's primary customer are the auto insurance companies, not the vehicle owner. read more

We've used Center Square Motors for body work and repairs in the past and they have done an adequate job. I took my MINI Clubman there mid-summer to repair a dented roof. Next thing I know the repair was taking longer than estimated because the air-bag malfunction light was on which they subsequently had to get their BMW/Mini expert in to investigate. Eventually I had to take the car back to the dealer TWICE because the wrong screw was used to secure the visor piercing the wiring harness and also 2 connectors were broken during the repair. I was without the car for 3 weeks and had the additional inconvenience of taking the car to and from the dealer. This is the last time I will use Center Square Motors. read more

I've never written a review before, but with the fantasic service that Butch and his team at Center Square Motors provided, I felt that I had to. I took in my VW Passat to fix some damage that resulted during a snowstorm and Butch went above and beyond to make my car appear brand new. I left my car there for over a week while I was away on vacation and it looks better than when I dropped it off. Butch fixed even the smallest details on my car. Excellent service and even better work. We needed repair work done to our brand new car as a result of an, "oops" moment. We were hesitant to go to an auto body repair shop vs. our car dealer, but we took a chance and we were very impressed. We worked with Lee and for a better price, we ended up a damaged bumper that looked flawless. He has an excellent, service oriented attitude and turned the car around in a day.
