Unfortunately I needed to wait until inspection, due to personal difficulties and the patience was commendable. I really appreciated the kindness and support as life seemed to be out of my control. After the thankfully passed inspection, the car battery had been struggling in cold weather. So as my CBA Mechanical technician Matt was examining the vehicle and battery the alternator gave up. I appreciate how Tom Steven's, CBA Service Manager, careful checked together with Matt all options before deciding that I needed a new alternator. And to make matters even better, they helped me find a replacement alternator that was reasonably priced and quality condition. Since my car is older I was not wanting to pour money into repairs. The communication given to me and updates was so helpful and comforting. I was always aware of what was needed or happening. The diagnostic report and videos on each car concern was outstanding! And I mean outstanding and very informative as to how my vehicle is performing and why certain maintenance must be done. No pressure just made aware. Thank you Tom and Matt for making my car better and safer. I recieved and oil change, steering and brake fluid flush. And even more was able to have my headlights cleaned and trunk mechanism fixed so it wouldn't not fall on my neck. These many decisions were made together and the bill was not a regret but a privilege. The writing of this review is not just to praise Matt and Tom who were the best, and Chip, CBA owner, who shuttled me home and brought me back at completion of vehicle inspection, maintenance and several repairs. He provided the parts and was quoted about $300 for labor. The shop only replaced one rear brake, discovered the other caliper was seized, and then reassembled the car without calling us for options. Afterward, they informed him the vehicle was unsafe to drive but still charged the full $300 labor fee -- despite not completing the job. To make matters worse, they didn't even have the caliper in stock, leaving us with no solution. This was unacceptable. The lack of communication, releasing an unsafe car, and charging full price for incomplete work shows poor customer service and questionable business practices. Customers deserve honesty, fair billing, and consideration for safety, none of which we experienced here. Thomas Stevens was very dishonest, stating that we resided out of town on our invoice, when we live 15 minutes away from this location. Here at this location, they consider everyone else's position, but the customer. Their practices are unethical, immoral, and unjustifiable. My recommendation is that you search elsewhere for your automobile services as this franchise is anything but Christian based. I have reached out to the owner and I am waiting on a response. I will update this Post upon hearing from the Owner, Chip Eissler. I'm not sure if they're even recognized by the Better Business Bureau. I will look into it.

I didn't need to make an appointment, they checked my car within 20-30 minutes, and gave me an honest assessment of what was going on with the tire. And I've always been skeptical with mechanics but Uri Auto has never yet (in the last 3-4 years) given me any cause for concern. Solid work and reasonable prices, down to even the smallest tasks. It's difficult for me to characterize any car mechanic as trustworthy (unless you know all there is to know about cars/maintenance and can judge prices and quality of work for yourself) but Uri Auto is as close as it's going to get! For years my boyfriend, mom and I had been taking our cars to places like Pep Boys. Where the service was average, the cost was pretty steep, and well, it's overall just very impersonal. Half the time I felt like there would be a major problem WITH my car AFTER taking it to them for something routine. Luckily, about 8 years ago we found Willow Grove Auto. And I can never imagine taking our vehicles to anyone else now. First off, its a family run business located right by the Willow Grove Mall. The owner Bernie is a great guy who clearly prides himself on giving customers excellent care, fantastic customer service, and the best price he can give you. In fact, there are always deals or specials, like coupons for inspection, etc. The mechanics there are AMAZING. They are VERY experienced and are great at both older cars (like mine which is a 99 Plymouth Voyager) or newer vehicles. So many times I have described a problem over the phone or when dropping off the car and before they even look at it, they have a good idea of what the problem may be, and what I can expect to pay. They are also excellent at figuring out more complicated issues. I've run into some pretty odd issues with my van after a car accident and they do everything to take care of the problem at a very reasonable price. There's been many times when we have needed help in an emergency. For example, we got a flat tire while leaving for a vacation. We dropped by and they were able to fix it within a half hour so we could get on our way. Growing up I always heard things like "you can't trust mechanics". Or since I am a girl "Make sure you bring a man with you when taking your car in". LOL These statements are just RIDICULOUS when it comes to Willow Grove Auto and do not even SLIGHTLY apply. They do EVERYTHING they can to give you a fair price, an honest evaluation. I can't tell you how many times they have talked to me and explained EXACTLY what they were going to do so I wasn't in the dark. They are always upfront and honest. If they recommend something, it means you need it. These guys aren't gonna go and sell you new tires just to make money if you don't need them. But they WILL do everything they can to keep your vehicle up and running smoothly and safely. And finally, they make the experience simple and pleasant. Everyone is friendly. They take the time to get to know their customers and familiarize themselves with your needs. I'm often surprised by how much they remember without even looking up the details in the system! They also know money is tight for me, so they ALWAYS call with an estimate before doing anything major to the vehicle. I could go on and on about how great they are but rather than do that, I urge you to take your vehicle to them just once.
