I got an in house covid and flu test and one nose swab they sent to the lab. This visit was a whopping $930 of which my in network plan brought down to $318. I am sorry but why on Gods green earth would I or an insurance company ever be billed that much for a covid and flu test. They never even called to tell me what my lab results were or informed me on how to check to see what they were. I am disputing the remainder of that bill because this is absurd for a service that used to cost no more than $75 without even having insurance. read more

Overall a positive experience. The waiting room TV is loudly playing Scooby-Doo episodes. A bit odd as there were no small children to entertain. It's a better choice than typical "daytime TV", but muting or turning the TV off is better. Everyone in the waiting room was looking at their phones, not the TV. The several sheets to fill out for patient and insurance information are not difficult but some content is entered 2-3 times on different sheets. The check-in tablets I've seen at other offices seem a better idea to prevent duplicate entries on the forms, or rely on someone to re-enter the paper forms into another system. I met with Anastasia who's mentioned in other reviews. I agree she's great. At the end of my visit there was no diagnosis or clear path forward beyond "wait and see", or "visit an Emergency Room if things get worse". I don't blame them for not knowing what's wrong; it's an odd assortment of symptoms. Will visit again if what I have only makes me stronger. read more

Don't waste your time at either of these facilities. The people here are barely out of high school. They are not supervised, not trained, and the facilities are not managed by professionals. The service providers don't introduce themselves. They just walk into the room and start asking questions like why are you here even though you made an appointment weeks ago and have been waiting to be seen for over 75 minutes. They put you in a room then forget they put you there. You have to wonder around looking for help because no one follows up or keeps track of patiences. The place is dirty. The front desk is sticky and covered with stains of things that have dripped on the counter. No one working there seems the least be interested in providing top notch medical services. I've seen cleaner car dealership waiting rooms. Once I brought my wife in with an emergency. She had fallen and cut her lip. The front desk person just looked at us when we asked for help. My wife was bleeding from a puncture wound a tooth made in her lip. When the nurse came out she refused to help us. She started screaming "go to the hospital". She wouldn't even offer a gauze pad to help stop the bleeding. If this is URGENT CARE I want no part of it. You make an appointment weeks in advance for a wellness visit and they keep you waiting for 60-90 mins. with no apologies offered. This place should be shut-down for malpractices. It's the worst excuse for a medical facility I've ever experienced in over 50 years. Looks to me as if the doctor that is behind this place is just about the money and nothing more... Don't place yourself or loved ones at risk and certainly don't waste your time at Centercare Urgent Care. It's a scam at best. Now I think I know what a "PILL MILL" means. Thieves & LIARS! We just moved to this area and our physician is 1.5 hours away when hubby's sinus infection got so bad as he'd run out of his nasal spray and my migraine meds needed a refill. We went in and were VERY CLEAR we needed two prescriptions and we brought bottles...girl at desk said no problem. They made us get a covid test then we waited 2 HOURS to see the nurse practicioner. She comes in and asks why we're here, we gave her the bottles (his is an antibiotic, mine is a blocker both NON-NARCOTIC) and she said we don't do prescriptions. WHAT?!!? That was the ONLY reason we came here and paid $75 co-pay for these prescriptions and she refused! So basically the receptionist LIED and we paid $150 for two covid tests! AVOID! read more

Honestly RUN! If you want to be billed for thousands for what you THINK is a simple rapid covid flu test it's not. They add PCR testing to it which is where the $$ comes in. (I have proof!) ZERO TRUST to her own admin staff! She makes rules as she goes then forgets she told you. Expects you to type perfectly yet ALL her emails are full of typos and ALL CAPS CONSTANTLY! How unprofessional & nasty can one person be? Only nice to her patients as they make her rich but constantly getting complaints from patients that she doesn't do the work they need and she leaves everything blank yet expects everyone to bow to her to figure it out. She literally leaves patients charts UNCHARTED AND BLANK!!! She's been known to request other NP's to chart for her and/or take her patients!! I've never in my life dealt with such a heartless person. They have been reported and fined for shady conduct in the past too. She has sent personal emails to staff asking for help to get bailed out if needed! She's been known to throw a computer!! This woman truly has bipolar tendencies. She will smile in your face and stab you even when your innocent hardworking loyal good staff!! She tends to value brand new inexperienced staff over long term loyal nice kind hearted HARD WORKING STAFF and stays involved in work drama. She creates it and loves it! Literally the highest turnover rate I've ever seen. I'm talking a new team of new staff every few weeks. If you do or say anything to try to better the practice, change anything that makes sense , report things to her/him that bother you or talk to them about anything that makes them seem "wrong" in any way, your done. Count your days. She will make your life absolutely miserable. She will break contracts and fire anybody just for asking for help. It's absolutely absurd the way these people do business. This was the most awful experience of my 40 years at a Dr office. I have a fever and they took a forehead temp and tried to tell me that I had no fever at all. So I suggested they take one under my tongue and low and behold I had 100.3° fever. They also skipped over me twice and took 2 walk in patients before me. I do not recommend at all. They did nothing for me and treated me like I was an inconvenience. I will never go back nor will I ever take my family there. Terrible terrible terrible. I'm going to have to go somewhere else just because I don't trust them. They couldn't even get my temp read correctly. Wish I would've checked reviews before I went. Though they say they are open to certain times, the doors get locked before they close. Kid wasn't feeling well after taking an uncharacteristic nap. Tried to get them into this urgent care, but evidently didn't get there before their "locking the door" time. I understand the desire to get out of work as soon as possible especially if you are providing a service. Don't advertise you are open until a certain time and then not be open, especially if you are providing health care. If you are still treating patients up until 9 but won't take anyone past 8:30 then your hours should state you close at 8:30. We were one of two vehicles who showed up within their posted hours, but could not get passed a locked door. No one wants to go to a doctor...they go out of necessity. Worst place I've been in the whole entire country. We travel a lot due to the military and last week (4/28/2023) I went to get checked for a sore throat and they swabbed me with 5 different swabs. The tests didn't even take 5 minutes when the lady came already telling me that they all came out negative and that I just had an allergy so than I go home and take meds for allergies and now my son and I are VERY SICK!! Allergies are NOT contagious and they don't get you SICK the way I am, I do suffer from allergies but NEVER like this, this is a COLD not an ALLERGY MA'AM!! Now everyone in my house is SICK thanks to the lies. I would give them a no star rating if I could. Went for a simple COVID test and waiting in my vehicle. Lady came out and took to swabs in my nose. Waited waited and waited and never heard from them. Called inside they said "oh you're negative". 3.5 hours I was outside in my car. Got my insurance explanation of benefits and couldn't believe my eyes! Can I give negative stars? Where do I begin...? This is a slimy, cheating joke of a medical practice. My biggest issue (out of a long list) is their billing, as they purposely try to cheat and steal money! The latest one is my kid needed a sports physical. I called and specifically said my kid already had her annual check-up (which they billed as a sick visit, but that's another story). They said, "no problem, the sports physical is only $45." Great! Well, a few months later I get a bill for $230 and a note from my insurance saying it was denied due to my kid already having an annual checkup for the year. WHAT?! It wasn't supposed to be billed as an annual checkup, but it was. I've been in contact with the billing department twice and still not resolved. Told them that I was under pain management for spinal cord injury and needed a referral to a specialist. Do not. I repeat. DO NOT go to this practice for medical care. I went here for care only due to its proximity from work. After being treated I paid for what I believed was my visit. Literally a year goes by and I receive a call from a collection agency saying that I never paid my bill from this visit. When I asked them to confirm the address they had on file from the doctor's office, they gave me an address that doesn't even exist. I even asked if they were sure that my bill wasn't sent to them by accident because there's no way that I would never skip a medical bill intentionally. I was so confused by all of this but I offered to pay for the actual services but not the collections service fee since the doctor's office tried to only communicate with me via a false address they entered into their system. If they were trying everything they could to get paid, why didn't they bother to call me after noticing a patient of theirs did not receive their bill? I've been involved in the Healthcare industry and know for a fact that the Billing department will make an effort to contact patients who are late on their bill. I honestly feel like this entire practice is a scam, and don't get me started on the 2 month wild goose chase their Billing department kept me on. I even tried to contact the office manager, Mickey, with my insurance company and they refused to hear my side and was nasty to the representative. It is a shame that this place let the best nurse practioner they employed go. They have proven with this action that they are not concerned about good basic Healthcare. This repeatedly continues to happen at every Healthcare facility that opens here. I am not sure if its a racial or a monetary issue but what I do know is they believe that we are stuck with what they want to do. And then they lie, saying the nurse practices will be gone a few months when they know that person will not ever be returning. I will change my place of care once again because I refuse to be treated as an animal. So not they have rid the place of Mino, the best nurse practices in this area.
