I signed up to teach thinking it would be fun. Two hours into the 3 hour lesson my check engine light came on so it wasn't possible to continue. Company refuses to pay for any of my time because they "did not authorize [me] to downgrade customers or promise refunds". They also will not clarify what they have done with the money the customer paid them after being asked repeatedly.

This plus the fact that the swim instructor (a young gentleman) told me to give my son (1 year old at the time) to him because he had to learn some independence and that it didn't matter if he screamed and cried, it'd be good for him. I explained to him that traffic was stopped because of the buses in front of the school. Two buses ahead was flashing lights and he blew through me to get past the bus that was pulled over. The man kept trying to down play his mistake, talked over me, and even tried to wipe off the damage to my car before the police arrived. The police took a while to arrive and the guy kept trying to make light of the situation by laughing it off and making small talk. He even had the audacity to tell me how this works.
