I also left this same exact review and score on their website using the email they sent to review the product. Have done it twice now - and it goes thru to a pending status. But mysteriously disappears and never shows up on their website. IE they cherry pick what actually gets published making them appear to have a higher score than reality. Nothing below a 4 stars can be found on their website but as soon as you jump over to 3rd party sites like this you find a true rating for that company. Like the safe, not the company.
