We reviewed my medical history, lifestyle habits, and diet, and he ordered a number of tests that I had never had before (two different kind of heart scans to check for blockage), along with the standard blood work and EKG. My follow up appointment to review all test results and create a treatment plan accordingly is scheduled for 4/23/24, two weeks after my initial appointment. Also, I waited while Jenn, held my driver's license and insurance card for 5 minutes while she had a personal conversation with another team member. Ridiculous! After waiting for over 30 minutes, I witnessed three patients being brought back to see the doctor. However, that's not the issue, after 30 plus minutes of waiting, I heard Jenn say, she has to enter my paperwork in the system. I asked her not to because after all, I had to return to work and it was very clear that Jenn was more interested in carrying on personal conversations instead of doing her job! My time was wasted today. The problem is not with the doctor but with his staff and he needs to know that his staff is the primary cause of him not getting new patients.

I attempted to reschedule for the first week of January, but they couldn't get me in until the first week of February. I went to my appointment today and arrived at their office to see the temporarily closed sign on the door. I received no call or no email notifying me that they had to cancel my appointment or that they were temporarily closed. I looked at their website and two of the three directors of the clinic are now gone from their website, and they have a new "Medical Supervisor". I'm very disappointed with the service as now I'm not sure if I'll ever receive the results of the tests they put me through. I would NOT recommend visiting this business.

With inflation and the rising cost of living, who can afford to pay out of pocket every time just to get a refill? And let's not even talk about the cost of the prescriptions themselves since I haven't met my deductible. Please explain why an in‑person visit is required for refills within a 60-90 time frame? Every refill requires another appointment, regardless of whether the medication is working. It honestly feels like they are milking patients. I only see these people for one thing yet they want me to come in for other services. Why? I only want to see you for one thing. They then said, I would need to show them proof of getting wellness services else where. Why? I don't have to prove anything to you'll. I only see you for 1 thing. So why the hold up. If the money went toward improving the office, it might make more sense--but the place looks untouched since the day they moved in, likely back in the '70s. It's old and outdated. Trust me--if you value your time and money, go somewhere else. Find a provider who cares more about patients than padding their pockets. GREED IS RUNNING THIS OFFICE.

And let me tell you folks - I am picky when it comes to doctors. I don't think anyone that writes me a prescription and spends 10 minutes with me is awesome. I believe her to be the best because she actually enjoys her job, she does it well, she listens - YES - ACTUALLY LISTENS to my concerns, she is so genuine. She doesn't treat you like a number. I feel like I'm going to visit my older sister that has a medical degree, I don't feel like I'm asking a stranger who doesn't know me at all to prescribe me medicine for my body, which is very important, to digest. If you think about it, it's a scary concept. What do you know about your doctor to make you so comfortable to take anything they prescribe and ingest it? Please don't go to a doctor because they went to school and graduated.
