They took a long time, we were there for 2 hours as they were inefficient. Mine was thorough but I couldn't help but thinking she could do just a good job in shorter time. A young girl who either wasn't trained or had a disability did not know how to do anything. Dirty bowl she didn't know how to fix, cut my skin several times, polish poorly done and she didn't do half the things that are normally done. We had gone on a Sunday afternoon to celebrate my mother's 81st Birthday and the place was great from the time the three of us myself,my sister along with my mom walked in, the staff was very friendly and patient. We each had manicures and pedicures with a delightful foot and calf message honestly after having that done my legs and feet felt great. The staff are very professional and the business is very clean also. Took seriously like 15 mins for my daughter to be done on a brand new full set. Mine was maybe 20 min? Didn't notice till we were in the sun and it was brighter. I waited for an hour and a half for them to take walkins who came in after me before me. I went for a simple fill and said keep length and shape (medium coffin) and the lady kept filing to the point that my nails are beyond short. She made them square and one side of the square is and other side of same nail is rounded. My cuticles are painted none of my nails are the same length. Has to be the worst manicure I've ever had! I went in with long,thick nails with dip powder, and came out with short, brittle nails. I've had dip nails put on and taken off so many times I know the process very well. It was clear that the lady doing my nails HAD NO CLUE what she was doing. She even cut my nails down with the nail buffer machine, not nails clippers like you're supposed to do. She completely ruined my nails & I will never go back! I have been going to this nail salon for quite a while with good service. I went yesterday for a pedicure and the technician that I had was trying to up-sell me throughout the appointment. I agreed to a simple manicure with a clear coat of polish. Communication can be difficult so I ended up with a quick manicure with no polish. Next was the waxing. I thought that I understood that we were going to wax and shape my brows. Well she did my lips and chin. It was very pushy and I knew I should of said no but she was rushing. She was belligerent and would not listen to what I asked for. My gel manicure is already wearing off after one day. Until one day I noticed that my nail was separating from my acrylic nail (4 of them) and asked my tech (Taou) what it was and should I be concerned. Considering she doesn't speak fluent English she called the owner and asked her to listen to what I was teling her. Well I told her and after she examined my nails she gave me some story and told me that everything was fine. I decided a few days later that everything wasn't fine and decided to go somewhere else to have my nails removed. I HAD A FUNGUS UNDER ALL MY NAILS! Today i chose to come here because it was the only place around my area accepting walk ins. When i showed up with my children and friend two ladies were sitting outside (doing nothing) and told us that because we had children (who were wearing masks) they couldn't take us. We let them know that this was not posted on their website and there were also no signs. They weren't even nice about it at all and were very unprofessional. I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this salon to have my gel polish removed and a toenail polish change. After soaking my whole hand in acetone, the technician started to chip away the polish. Afterwards my nails were in absolute shambles. I've been getting gel manicures for 6 years...and my nails have always been healthy after proper removal. The technician then gave me a 6 minute manicure and put 1 coat of clear polish on my nail. The manager got involved at this point and started laughing as I complained. I felt myself starting to become emotional so I paid and left as I was embarrassed that everyone in the salon was staring at me. I called the parlor twice to discuss my feelings and they hung up on me both times. Other complaints are that all the polish looks very old and the color selections are limited. They also only offer China Glaze with the exception of 10 opi colors. Truly horrific experience. read more

Horrible!!! 630 appt turned into me being there 3hrs. Went in for a gel pedi a gel fill and brow waxing. The lady Shirley is slow and doesn't have a steady hand. Got white polish and it looks Horrible pedi took over 45 mins and it looked as if a kid did my toes. Feet were still dry nails didn't looked manicured at ALL. then with my nails she rounded them after I said coffin shape. When I said something to her she thought she was fixing them but made them worst. I got mad and she just wanted to paint my nails without buffing out the ridges. After 3 hrs I was irritated, wanted her done so she wrote up my bill and said she can't do my brows they turned the wax off..... now I flipped out because why would they turn the wax off if they knew i wanted waxing services. I was in the salon on June 14. I had the nail tech who uses table number 9. I was very disappointed with the service that I received. I have been going to the salon for years and have always been satified. The tech on Thursday seemed very rushed, careless and annoyed that she had to be doing my pedicure and manicure. My fingernail polish chipped the very next day. I did not receiive the usual appreciative attitude from the tech that I'm used to at this salon. Some of the worst service I've ever experienced! I've been going to the same nail salon for 6 years, and one day I had forgot to make an appointment and they were booked for the next two hours, so I decided to try going here because it was local. Biggest mistake! The customer service was TERRIBLE. Rude when I first walked in, huffing and puffing throughout the entire service like she wanted nothing more but for me to leave, picked up her phone in the middle of my service, and walked away a few times to go to the back to talk on the phone/gossip. I had a simple fill w/ french polish and she was extremely rough with the drill on my fingers, cut me on several fingers, one so bad I was bleeding. And then gave me a cut down when I didn't ask for one. Didn't airbrush my french like I asked for. Painted them straight across instead of with a natural curve to the polish. Then I had my eyebrows waxed, smeared my makeup halfway down my face, was rough, the wax was extremely hot, double dipped the waxing stick, and didn't apply aloe or lotion to my embarrassingly red forehead/eyebrow area. From a licensed cosmetologist, I would not recommend ANYONE go to this extremely unprofessional and unsanitary nail salon. read more

You know how its already uncomfortable when people are speaking in another language you don't understand? This was my first time coming to this nail salon and one of the employees painted my toe nails very quickly and it looked bad. She said she couldn't get some of my old nail polish off and that she would try to just paint over it, but the old polish showed through on the sides so it looked bad. And she didn't even try and get it off. She was in a rush to get them done. My old polish was a darker color then the new polish so of course it would show. Every time I got my nails painted somewhere else they are always able to get all of my old polish off and she didn't even try. She just said, "I can't get it off. You painted them too much on the sides." She asked if I wanted them trimmed and I said if you think they need to be. So she didn't trim them, just filed them very quickly. So after she was done I thought it looked very bad and asked another employee if she could fix it. Another customer even looked at my toe nails and said that's how hers look BEFORE she gets them done! So the other employee was very nice and said she would fix them and trim them. The first employee that did a bad job got defensive and started yelling across the room (she was at the back of the salon and I was near the door) saying, "I asked if you wanted them trimmed and you said, if you think they need to be, so I didn't trim them. You should of said you wanted them trimmed." And she kept going on about it. It was very unprofessional of her to yell at me in front of all the customers and there were a lot of customers in there at the time. Then she started talking about me to another employee and they were both staring at me. The manager did not correct her and tell her that wasn't appropriate to yell at a customer. She should never argue with a customer. All I asked was for them to be fixed because it looked very messy and she got mad. I'm not going to pay for something when my toes honestly looked better before she painted them so they should be fixed since I'm paying for it and wasn't happy with it at all. I should've taken a picture of them and posted it. It looked much better after the other employee trimmed them and got some of my old polish off then re-painted them. She should've just said okay, I'm sorry, instead of yelling at me! It was horrible customer service and I will not be coming back. The lady that fixed my toes and the lady that painted my daughter's nails were both friendly though and took their time. It took that employee a lot longer to paint my daughter's nails because she took her time and did a good job. I will not be coming back due to the rude, loud employee that did a very bad job! It was unacceptable how she treated me and yelled at me! The next day my toes look even worse. They were already chipping and smudged. read more

Then soaked my hand in acetone, and ignored the fact that my finger was bleeding and my real nail was ripped halfway across. Then painted over the "destroyed" nail after I asked him not to in an attempt to cover it up. Asked three times for a tip, and then he got angry when I refused. They are lucky I paid anything.
