Before ending the call I already received my appointment confirmation, new patient paperwork and patient portal instructions in my email. Upon arrival, the front office was clean and the front office staff was friendly. Within 5 minutes of checking in I was taken back by the medical assistant who was quick and efficient. The patient room was also nice and clean. Moments after finishing up with the medical assistant, Sneha Kumar, MD entered the room. She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and caring. Dr. Kumar went over my medical history, did an exam, performed a well woman exam, ordered routine labs and even took the time to exam an earache that had sprung up since scheduling my appointment. Checkout was a breeze, I was given a reminder card for my next annual checkup and also a hard copy of my lab order which I really appreciated.
