Today I went there as the designated location for my second Covid booster shot. They took me right on time for my appointment. The general pharmacy staff was friendly. However, of special note, the pharmacist was super friendly and efficient. Although I was already familiar with the potential side effects (since this was my forth Covid related shot) the pharmacist took extra time to explain things and was extremely attentive despite the pharmacy being extremely busy. Overall I was very impressed with the interaction today and I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This CVS is presently undergoing a renovation, so I doubt it's as clean and organized as it might…read moreotherwise be. The inventory was still in generally good condition. Hopefully some of this renovation will take place at the pharmacy, because it's somewhat cramped and not really capable of handling a backlog of customers. There's 2 self-check kiosks in the front, with no place for a line to wait if there's a backup. Hopefully these get a facelift too, as they could be more user-friendly.

And they always have the script ready within about 15 to 20 minutes of getting it written. I had to go to the Urgent Care across the parking lot a few times (thanks pneumonia) this past winter, and they'd have everything ready by the time I walked over there. Maybe I had to wait a minute or two if they were busy. The other day I walked in and the lady behind the counter waved and said hi. On my way out the guy told me to have a good one, and I admonished him to do the same! So, at least in my experience, the service is fast and friendly. The pharmacists are especially kind despite the treatment they get all day.

At Lincoln, they actually answer their phones. They call you back when they have questions or updates. They treat you like a real person. I think they hike the prices extra because this pharmacy is located in Delmar and they assume everyone has money. My neighbor's daughter worked at the store when she was in high school and was constantly pressured to work more hours. That was the last straw for me. I support workers. I do not support companies who exploit the folks who work hard making them money.

They go above and beyond with compounding my script and supplying other non gmo and preservative free items you can buy locally and pay cash (yes you can use a bank card too) for. The pharmacist read through everything on the bottle, with other customers around, and opened the ointment container. I didn't ask for any of that and couldn't wait to get back in my car. If you're going over medication with a customer, consider their privacy and hear them when they say they don't have any questions or concerns. The whole interaction was uncomfortable, when I could have just been handed the prescription and walked out.

The people who are sitting at the front of the building with that tablet in their hand are talking back and forth having conversations with everyone else but they are not keeping track of who is entering and leaving the facility. As we went through the store itself we noticed that practically all the shelves are bear. They don't have product on the shelves at all, it's like they're not ordering to restock really any product a lot of stuff is missing and I'm not truly sure why. It's not like they are running out of men's t-shirts or things like that, like we were when there was an issue with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. I could see how there could be trouble keeping that on the Shelf but other things I'm having a little trouble understanding. Finally, after we have retrieved pretty much everything that we could possibly get at that time, we decided that it was time to go. We decided to go to the self-checkout where the employees proceeded to tell us that we can only use credit card in the machine no cash is accepted and there was an annoying high-pitched beeping noise coming from one of the machines and they did absolutely nothing to stop that machine from beeping so it was a very annoying way to end our shopping experience, on top of that the bags to be able to put our grocery in we're not even on the rung so that we could place our Grocery in the bag. So we had to try to fix everything before we could start bagging our grocery meanwhile, The two that were there meaning employees we're just talking and laughing and having a good old time. I am not sure if they're always like this or not or if we just came on a really bad day where employees just don't seem to care but I guess it seems to be that that was our shopping experience today. But based on today's experience I would not recommend going to this facility to this store. I couldn't return the items because I'm disabled and have very limited mobility. I reported it four times through their chat system and one time by calling their corporate consumer relations department. The investigation and partial refund for those items was denied due to violation of their Return & Refund policy!
