We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy. It is really impressive. Never figured I'd leave a review for a pharmacy, but here I am. 10/10, they're fabulous.

They tried to tell…read moreme there was a limit on what my insurance would pay for - which was not true - and they just filled a portion of the prescription. Terrible service. Had to get a prescription written twice by my doctor and sent in again. Next time - I will stick to Walmart. I had never used Marra's before and the pharmacist was encouraging me to transfer my prescriptions here - I have 6 people in my family - so it would have been a lot. Lucky for me I didn't.

Cheap prices. Not the best service. Phone takes 10-15 min. to talk to a live person. They don't…read morenotify you when prescriptions are ready. When you say you are not being notified, they say to "Call Corporate. It's not our problem." I guess they just expect you to call multiple times to see if your prescription is ready and wait 10-15min. on hold each time. Then they tell you they put your prescription back because you didn't come in and get it, and now they are out of it, so can't refill until next week. (My prescription ran out. They said they would call my doctor and have her fax a script. I never heard back. I called back 2 weeks later and this is the response I got.) I mean, seriously? But if you have nothing better to do with your time, they are definitely the cheapest around.

The employees said they don't see my stuff there. So then I asked to speak to the manager they said he wasn't there so I gave my info for him to call. He never did. So I then called and called and called and no answer. So went on their site and was directed to speak via chat w a rep from yes video. She told me that they don't have my stuff nor was it ever shipped. This is now 5 weeks later. The rep contacted the store manager and he said he has the tapes still and was going to call me back w the info. He never called. This has continued for over 2 months now and the manger Garrett Rexford has mailed my tapes from my childhood and of family members who are no longer w me to a business somewhere in Grand Rapids Michigan. He sounded as if he didn't care and said here's the info and basically expected me to figure it out. I could only get so far bc I did not mail it. From months of going back and forth with ups, cvs Corp, the manger and yes video. I have gotten no response from anyone and Garrett the manager has also blocked my number. I've documented all calls, texts, chat etc with everyone.

So our experience here was not the best in the world that's for sure. We started off and we noticed…read morethat there is no way that they are keeping track of who is entering who is leaving this facility. The people who are sitting at the front of the building with that tablet in their hand are talking back and forth having conversations with everyone else but they are not keeping track of who is entering and leaving the facility. As we went through the store itself we noticed that practically all the shelves are bear. They don't have product on the shelves at all, it's like they're not ordering to restock really any product a lot of stuff is missing and I'm not truly sure why. It's not like they are running out of men's t-shirts or things like that, like we were when there was an issue with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. I could see how there could be trouble keeping that on the Shelf but other things I'm having a little trouble understanding. Finally, after we have retrieved pretty much everything that we could possibly get at that time, we decided that it was time to go. We decided to go to the self-checkout where the employees proceeded to tell us that we can only use credit card in the machine no cash is accepted and there was an annoying high-pitched beeping noise coming from one of the machines and they did absolutely nothing to stop that machine from beeping so it was a very annoying way to end our shopping experience, on top of that the bags to be able to put our grocery in we're not even on the rung so that we could place our Grocery in the bag. So we had to try to fix everything before we could start bagging our grocery meanwhile, The two that were there meaning employees we're just talking and laughing and having a good old time. I am not sure if they're always like this or not or if we just came on a really bad day where employees just don't seem to care but I guess it seems to be that that was our shopping experience today. But based on today's experience I would not recommend going to this facility to this store. I couldn't return the items because I'm disabled and have very limited mobility. I reported it four times through their chat system and one time by calling their corporate consumer relations department. The investigation and partial refund for those items was denied due to violation of their Return & Refund policy!
